So, if you had just the training, the intro, liberty island, and all the mechanics needed for those parts up and running, I'd donate a grand or 2(if I can afford it at that time, never know with the gray death going around.) A suggestion, and it seems you're doing this; while I appreciate the exacting replicas of environments, I wouldn't mind expansions/new details. Also, obviously leaving it modable, VR support, mp, coop, JC that'd be amazing.
It does look MUCH better than the old GOTY version. DAMN, it has been OVER twenty years ... where did the time go, I've heard of and seen so many games yet have played so few by comparison, DEUS EX was one of my favorites, no desire to ever play it again, but I'm sure other new and newer gamers would love a modern version of Deus Ex.
