I came back to this one and found a bit easier. I have a love hate relationship with swimming. However with the tummy in and pelvis into mat it is extremely effective. I love this one as its challenging for me but ,attainable. I am in love with your form and direction.

I loved this one, definitely technically hard and challenging but I felt better after challenging myself and I did do my happy dance at the end! Plank exercises are always hard for me but I just keep at it, loved the jackknife series. ❤❤❤

Des this was AWESOME! I love how many of these movements were compound, which really made this workout feel FULL body and also extra challenging. Your flow was seamless, and I love that you included core work in ALL the movements rather than having a 'set' core section. You never fail to impress.

I had to wait until I had more time for this and well, what an excellent session packed with core work - yes! Is the elbow ponche super challenging or is it me? My lower leg slides back.... just hard to keep together, 🤣ha! I love the fact the back is never ignored too and the workouts are always fully comprehensive. Thank you gorgeous girl. I would like to thank you, Desiree, for once again, a very challenging and unique workout. I needed all the child poses in between. Thank you, too, for the reminders to let go of the tension in the upper body, shoulders, as I try to incorporate this into my normal day. Lulu is always the icing on the cake! She brought back very special memories of my darling, little Wingnut (who left us earlier this year) stealing many yoga routines on the mat when she was younger. This had me so happy and smiling and very reenergized by the completion of this great workout!

Did it this morning and I loved it! Stretching and strengthening at its best, very powerful and sweaty. 🔥💥🥵
You put together a great variety of exercises working the entire body.
I must admit I got a little frustrated by the end with those jumping butt kicks. I don't know if I'm lacking in upper body strength or lower body control but I was kind of flopping down like my body was weighing me down after jumping, and the last jumps I couldn't even jump up. 😅
I still enjoyed all of it as always and I'm thanking you for keep it fun, challenging and different. ❤️❤️❤️
Andrea, those jumps are TOUGH, especially at the end of a workout when we’re already kinda exhausted. Don’t get frustrated - just keep practicing. I always design my workouts in a way that entices you to revisit the same workout over and over again. Each time will get better and easier…and you’ll feel so good and accomplished when you feel those changes! 🥰🥰🥰

Desirée, I’ve missed you! When I left for spring break I was determined to continue working out with you but the conditions were not there! However, I did walk a lot: one day as much as 9.1 miles… but it’s not the same! I just finished this new class (6 in the morning), and I loved it and the beautiful flow!
