Yeah in lower ranked games nobody gonna react to a melee. But its worth a shot.
Actually,this does work on Roadhog as I do it to bait the wraith out of reaper (but mccree not sure)
It works for me sometimes, against people with Silver and Gold borders in high silver. Reapers and roadhogs in low rank are insanely incompetent, very easy to spot death blossom ad they just charge into your team with wraith, while better reapers will hide and then do it when you're in a team fight.
Take the tip to be double sided, then: Use it to bait anyone who falls for it, and if they won't be baited then they're a free flash for the kill (not to say that the kill is free)

Something i found out with mcree is his flashbang gives you enough time to reload, so you can do more dps if you hit all of your shots, so right click them flash them then reload right click roll and right click

Tip for fellow dva mains: if mccree is always flashbanging ur ult, ult high. Go far away and aim high, then the nuke will fall in the middle of em dealing max damage.
I have never seen any mccree flashbang a dva bomb in my comp games.
I have had a mccree once flash my nuke thats why i made the tip
whenever I, a mercy main, play McCree, I purposefully hold onto high noon until she valks, even if there are great high noon opportunities before. why? because I know on a very deep and spiritual level how fast it can tilt a mercy player
and one time someone did it to me and it felt like bullying
