yo, I was wondering if you could share some of your recipes? I'm vegetarian, and don't eat as much as I should, mainly because of depression and burnout, and the stress of figuring out what to cook always seems too much :( all your food looks so good. Thanks for sharing this
hey I'm sorry you're struggling, I really hope it gets better for you! I'll have some food preparation and recipes in my next videos, but what helps me personally is making a dish that I really like in advance and making more than one portion of it so that I have leftovers that I can use each day. Meals like tofu scramble, oatmeal and anything on bread (spreads or sandwiches) are also always easy to whip up if needed :)
