@@the4given196 well Shagaru is the metamorphosed and evolved version of Gore. I didn't think of it as a big reveal like Shara and Nakarkos. It was more of a situation like Xeno and Safa Jiiva. The first fight is the weaker and younger monster with unrealized power, and then the monster grows older and becomes stronger and basically is reborn into an adult with their power realized and unleashed.

1st time I went to hunt this thing, I use seregios GS and just aerial jump attacks on him over and over and over and over until my thumbs hurt and quest cleared at 5 mins before time limit XD
Considering the only other usage of the word "Gorath" was a movie that was Armageddon before Armageddon, I assume they named the second theme after Shuma, who Capcom liked so much they had to put him in the Marvel games. Makes sense because of the tentacle connection too.
Comparing part 1 to part 2 of nekarkos's theme (original) i loved part 1 and though 2 was lacking. After listening to this i understand what they were trying to do with part 2 and now i like it more. Still like part 1 better because mysterious horror creature vs part 2 seamonster.
Its sad it over with new monsters in MH World. So many hopes with Nakarkos in Rotten Vale (even in new boss arena full of bones) go strait to graveyard. :(
This fits well with G Rank Nakarkos...I'm always seeing people get too greedy and getting blasted by its laser as they're attacking its face. I always eat for Insurance when fighting this thing in G Rank, cause a triple cart happens 80% of the time...
Honestly G rank is the only time a Nakarkos fight is fun. Starting the fight in octopu mode and then him feeling like a damn raid boss, its like the fight was meant to be it's g rank version the entire time.
I suppose your claim does not include overwhelmingly powerful enemies like Alatreon, Fatalis, Miralis and so on? They might not actively prey on it, but I doubt any ordinary Elder Dragon could ever defeat a Black Dragon.
@@Raisera It couldn't take out a black dragon due to them being OP mary sues in lore, and it likely couldn't kill Safi'Jiiva (Who's of similar strength but has a few more exploitable weaknesses), but with those exceptions he's right. Nakarkos also isn't an "Ordinary Elder", it's a high-tier one on par with the likes of Shara Ishvalda, Amatsumagatsuchi, Xeno'Jiiva and the Storm Serpents. Those are all fair game, and pretty much everything below is trumped.
Is there a place to enter requests/suggestions? Does he even TAKE those? If not, you can ignore this if you want. But if you do; I recommend the fan song of “This Is Your Last Warning.” It’s essentially THE unofficial leitmotif for the SCP Foundation; or at least the spin-off game of Containment Breach. Hearing it undergo the SymphoMetal treatment would be AMAZING.
