Weapons bounced off, my entire team wiped out. I sent wave after wave of team compositions to kill this thing and each time we were absolutely and unquestionably wiped out. At a certain point people started giving up, the task being far to great for them. It seemed as all hope was lost as the spire mountains were stained with the blood of my comrades. I resorted to asking for help from a G-Rank hunter. The weight of what we were up against felt so much lighter, as if we could conquer the world with the energy we had left over from the fight. Where most men and women would be crushed, but a tragedy happened halfway through the fight, the internet fucked up and the G-Ranker disappeared. Now it was just me against the Leviathan atop the indomitable spire mountain, the remains of lesser men still painting the soil red with their failures and I was next in line for the same fate. My back against the wall, I continued against the odds. One man against a world shattering titan. I lept, and dived out of the way of the beast’s attacks, returning in kind a barrage of tiny paper cuts that only seemed to annoy the beast. Mountains crumbled around me, the stories of my comrades being reduced to rubble before my very eyes. Somehow against the clock, despite the lack of healing items, despite my lack of party members, despite my low damage output, and DESPITE my last faint I fell the mighty beast with one final mighty slash, now a G-Rank hunter standing alone and victorious on spire mountain.
In short: this monster gave me trouble so I asked a G-Rank hunter for help. He weakened the monster before my internet went out and I completed the rest of the fight by myself despite every game mechanic being stacked against me.

ok, but considering this guy eats mountains, he would probably just eat zora especially with his speed. although this does make me wonder if a younger zora would be faster
@@LucasTigy2 I highly doubt Dalamadur eats mountains whole, so there'd be a difference between eating a mountain, and eating a mountain that fights back with Actual limbs
@@kingzekrom6399 dalamadur straight up swallows a spire during the fight with it. My point is though, dalamadur is fairly quick and if put against the Zora we fight in world, it would lose, but I wonder if a younger Zora would be more capable
@@bacula8424 And Dalamadur has acidic waste within him, especially in his core, that burns you if you get too close to it, and if you even step into a puddle of it, and his subspecies, Shah Dalamadur is worse, Even more burning, He's hotter than a volcano even as normal, For sure.
I remember the first time I laid eyes on the Dalamander, staring upon him made everything I had overcome seem small. no other hunt had given me this much trouble even behemoth in the world final fantasy crossover didn't take me as long as Dalmandur. countless hours and attempts put into this thing, and when he finally fell I felt relief. This was by far the most powerful foe I ever faced and hell I would love to fight him again.
The ones that give it dislike are either people who haven't faced the snek or their just scared of it :3 Its my favorite elder dragon monster though, but sadly it's the 2nd biggest monster in the monster hunter series
You know, in Mh Rise. They can bring back Dalamadur. Make it more aggressive. Make it so that youd need to save up a wire bug for an evade or counter. Cause you could scale it with ease
fantastic work Falk. I seriously love Dalamadur such an awesome elder dragon, I personally always wanted a Shah Dalamadur set but I only ever managed to kill 2 of them, I even still have the DS and the game
@@ThePlanet3ater *it can* We just never see it as a full adult. Shah Dalamadur isn’t even the adult stage, just a special lil version of the regular one. There are two adult skeletons and one smaller juvenile one of Dalamadur that make up a majority of the Rotten Vale. That big ass skull near the camp at the highest point where you first find Radobaan? That’s an adult’s skull. Twice the size of Juvenile Dalamadur.
@@SpekiNovaeX the dalamadur in 4 is an adult and is mislabeled because bigger individuals are seen similar to Lao shan lung who is mislabeled as "Juvenile" the reason it's so much bigger is because these two monsters never stop growing throughout their life. The dalamadur in the Rotten vale is incredibly old since only old near death elders come to the new world from the old world

@@Raiden_shogun9000 sorry to say but it would prob be clean sweep for Godzilla all rounds. Fighting monsters larger than him is nothing new, and in the comics he pulled a Kratos and killed all the Greek pantheon and he once traveled through Hell and escaped it as well.
