Like how this feels much closer to a hybrid of what Oura and Whoop offer. Personally like the ring form as a complement to my Garmin but no offense feel like Oura is invested more on women’s health in all their new features which is great and a lot less on training / recovery unfortunately.

I’m very impressed by this ring. I work as a registered nurse developing care/wellness management for various health tech companies and Ultrahuman sent me this ring last year. I have been test/using this on myself and my test clients ever since. I truly believe that tracking rest and activity are the most effective tools for improving health and performance. This ring is a perfect combination with my Garmin Forerunner and Garmin Edge with Garmin Power Meter. I also incorporate a BP monitor and Weight Scale but that’s a focused monitoring system for tracking other metrics.
