Fantastic review, thank you. Interesting that ultra human air seems as “accurate” as Oura despite having only one sensor vs three. I was leaning towards Oura bc I thought it would be more accurate but it seems like they’re about the same and that the ultra human air is more comfortable. I am bummed that neither FAIL you. Thanks again for a great review.
Garmin Body battery is also brutally honest with your state. When I had an exhaustive time I sometimes woke up with 36 in the morning, just getting only 28 over night, and it absolutely felt like this. Fun fact: my VA5 even recommended 4 or 6 h of recovery directly after waking up.
@@fitgearhunter Yeah, that sounds like crazy, as if you've had a workout during sleep. On the other hand, when I have a really good sleep (low and deep blue stress) my recovery time can be reduced by 2-3 h.
Great review! I monitor my sleep on both Garmin and Oura. Oura consistently gives me less deep sleep than Garmin. Have you any tips on deep sleep? As I’ve tried everything!
@@paulaitken8355 there are no good tips for accurate sleep stage tracking! I think a simple rule of thumb is to use a device consistently and the baseline it creates can help you have a backdrop for comparison
Damn. I have Oura 2 and Whoop. And it is true about sleep/recovery scores. When Whoop gave me 1% (I had 39.5 temperature for a week and felt really sick), Oura 2 gave me 56.
I'm currently using Bevel+AW as well. I like the rapid development of the application, but it also makes me a bit cautious. Are all those metrics and figures used by the author well-founded?
I stopped using my Oura ring because I got sick of paying a monthly fee to see my data. I also found the light coming from the ring at night was disturbing my sleep. Too bright.
Help please 🙏. I’m looking to switch my oura ring with ultra human ring air, my oura ring is of size 11 I’m planning on skipping on the ultra human ring sizing kit and directly order size 11 are they both the same sizes physically.

Oh yes I should have mentioned that more. The Garmin body battery has been the OG of true and total physiological tracking. It is absolutely the best.
I literally was told my recovery time increased after sleeping last night because I am so far behind

if you had to choose just one device to track your whole health
, what would you suggest? UH or AW+Superset?

Thank you. Used your code.
Awesome, thanks!
Their Metabolism data pulled from Libre 3 is very robust, better than Levels and Veri.
Interesting! Can you expand on this? What do you mean? I would love to learn more
@@fitgearhunter Sure this review is preety good at explaining it. ua-cam.com/video/mbo0diOqb2U/v-deo.html
Are you saying it’s less comfortable than Oura?
No not at all! The same comfort if not more comfortable
