Been loving my 4090, upgraded from my 6800 XT. It truly is the no compromises card. I've been playing Cyberpunk with highest settings, path-tracing, RR, DLSS quality, Frame Gen on at 3440x1440 (have the Alienware AW3423DW OLED monitor) and getting really good fps. Definitely a beast of a card, as your charts show😎
I recently stumbled onto your channel which is pure gold for ultrawide owners. I recently upgraded from 34 inch WQHD to 49 inch DQHD. I have an RTX 3070 Ti and I would like to upgrade to hit somewhere between 120-144 fps in games. Which GPU do you think would be ideal?
Thanks. If you're willing to use DLSS/FSR quality on most games then the 7900xtx or 4080 will do the trick if you would like to not use those if at all possible the the 4090 is your best option and it will give your raytracing in most games that gets close to your desired frame rate. If money is not an issue I think you would be most satisfied with the 4090 at the 5120x1440 resolution
Overall the 7900 XT, it's a very strong card for a 3440 by 1440 as long as you're not super concerned with high frame rates with ray tracing. You can generally get an okay ray tracing experience at ultra settings with FSR quality.
Duuuuuuuuuuude I saw your channel a while ago and I wasnt able to find it again. Your videos are soooo useful. Thanks for all the work
My pleasure, glad you were able to find me again.
@@ultrawidetechchannel Thanks! I'm subscribed so now it's impossible to lose you again hahaha

Nvidia did a lot of work improving how well Path Tracing runs on that game it's really something. Much better than its first foray.

@@nicolasleroi5486He didn't test the 7800 XT. He probably doesn't have that card.
