Great show today Beach Bum. That underwater footage was awesome. Surprised that red fish didn't bite. Getting close to 10,000 subs that's good. Thanks 😎✌️
this is literally my dream fishing scenario. driving down PINS on a great day throwing spoons into the surf. I've only been ONCE and I havn't been able to stop thinking about it since. I just got my 4 wheel drive truck so now I just need to figure out what rod/reel is needed, how to rig it up properly and how to read the beach/know where to throw! i get so excited just thinking about it damn.
Get you a Penn Battle 3 combo and you will be good to go throwing one ounce spoons. Go when the surf has one to two sets and surf height is not over 2 feet and just drive the entire beach until you see some birds hitting the water or schools of bait close to shore. If you get around the 20 maker stop every few miles and throw a spoon and see if you can hook into something
Gettin out in the breaks catching fish and filming, nice job. Sweet video man. I started youtube fishin vids a little over a year ago. Not sure how to grow the channel but I love doin it so Ill stick with it. Enjoy your vids, keep up the great work!
Enjoyed your video, time on the beach is way more important than what kind of fish is biting. Hard work trying to film and fish at the same time, that's only half of it. Editing and posting, not forgetting to clean up all your equipment. Appreciate you!
I'm with you. Catching a ladyfish is fun though you have to careful with your tackle. They seem to go for baitfish head first. Their little teeth will score the line and if they get off the next hit will break your line. You lose time wading back in for a new rod or tying on a new lure. Edit: My uncle enjoyed frying up gaftop. So that can be an upside. If only hardheads were eatable.
Thanks! Great video man. I was out there Fri - Sat with similar results.
Thank you
