    Using the weights to get off the floor works. This is by far the most helpful video for sitting and rising up without support, thank you ❤

      Hi! It's made by Gratz. We recommend their equipment. here is a link: www.pilates-gratz.com/
      They still use the original blueprints and manufacturing specs that Joe passed to Donald Gratz all those years ago.
      These are hand made too... We even did a Gratz tour and you can see it in the interviews and discussions section on the website..

    My ankles are hyper mobile and so hurting while getting up, do you have an alternative ?

      Hi! Try it with your feet flat, so instead of crossing your legs to stand up, your feet are hip distance apart.
