      That’s SUPER AWESOME!
Review that book 📕 from front to back and don’t try to memorize it.
Learn the material & research why the answer are wrong not the correct answer.
Study the back of the book that breaks down the problem with the explanation in the back!
      You GOT THIS !

@@TejRecordz stay on top of studying for sure. Whatever topic you’re on like intro to rad , radiation protection, image production, etc. try to learn the material while you guys are taking those classes so towards the end you don’t have to try and bulk learn material because it adds up. Learn your anatomy and pathologies for x rays for your knowledge because it makes positioning and procedures a lot easier. Watch UA-cam videos like clover learning, how X-rays work, Juan, Meaghan piretti for all radiology content to get a more visual representation of the material.

@@TejRecordz have fun with it as well and always try to learn the why behind everything because it makes it stick. You can’t memorize everything . Also use the ARRT outline to make a study guide because everything on the board exam is on their 👍 good luck and no matter what keep pushing to the finish line 🏁

You have to have a bachelors degree to be a scribe here. Every job has crazy requirements and then they'll only pay like 18/hour its so frustrating. (Bay area)

      Oh wow!
Thats reaching a Bachelors to be a scribe is insane!
      Rather do ER Registration

heyy. im going to do rad tech as a freshman(i graduated highshool last week) summer-bio1101 fall-Intro to rad,English.Math(pre-alg),A/P1. they choose students with high gpas every fall. Im debating wether i should spread my classes to spring. so i could be focused on less classes and aim for a higher gpa. but they told me they wont look at spring students as much as they would with fall students.. on top of that there are gen ed courses such as Health Ethics and A/P2, which could be taken along with pre reqs or during the rad tech program. Now idk what to do. Im a bit lost. im going to a community college
my summer class starts nexxt week tuesday

      Yo!
Sorry I’m late to the comment but no your doing good get everything you can out of the way.
GPA is important but having all your classes done in a timely manner is also as equally important.
Stay on this track and you could be done with everything you need on 1 1/2 !
      YOU GOT THIS!

@@juanmotiva8s959 the thing is in my program they solely look at gpa
and if i want to split the classes up id have a better chance in getting a higher gpa. but then i might not be eleigible to apply beacuse those who fnished by fall got the seats and so id have to wait for the NEXT fall to apply

I have to disagree with you about the transfer of college credits from a private college to a state college. I attended a private college in California years ago where I go my Bachelors degree from [Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA] , and my general education courses did transfer for credit to a state college in my home state of South Carolina [Spartanburg Community College], when I decided to go back to school in my mid-life. I also took a few new general education classes at a local private college, and those courses also transferred over to my local community college.

      Hi 👋
Cynthia I respect your opinion but I am talking about true Private colleges.
So for Ex. Here in Florida you have University of Miami and they are considered Private College but then you have Keiser University which is a whole different bracket of Private Colleges.
The Keiser credits won transfer to a local state university or community college at that but if you start at a Community College those credits will always transfer.
