Great house. I’d get rid of the carpet, though. Put a soaker tub in the master, make the bathroom countertops just one level - I think that raised level thing would be dated before you could get the home onto your property. Same way with the kitchen island- all stick built homes are showing just one level now. And what’s the reason for the barn doors in the living room?? lol. Barn doors are becoming passé- another flash in the pan thing that’s out of style already, so I’d pass on that. But the size of the rooms is really nice. And this is the first 2 story that’s impressed me- the others don’t have that much useable floor space but this one has both the floor space and the height that makes it really impressive. Great house!
Absolutely beautiful! Just some minor things I’d change. 1 ) I would want a farm sink in the kitchen. 2) No carpeting, only hardwood floors, Pergo. 3) absolutely NO WIRE SHELVING!!! It cheapens an otherwise incredible home. I absolutely love this house!!
Good job of finding this. My husband has stage four cancer he is fighting. We can barely afford gas for chemo treatments. We couldn’t ever afford this, but thank you for letting us dream through you. Thank for dream and see the beauty that is out there. God Bless.
Hello Nate This home is so spacious i love this home i love the kitchen with the Pilars i live the openfloorplan Thank you for showing us this amazing home and God bless Anja
I would have it both ways Electric & Wood. Take the lnsert out if the Electricity goes out. 😊 No carpet unless Upstairs. Where the Window is at the Hallway l'd replace it w/ a Solid Metal Door for separate Entrance. (for renters 1 day) Upstairs Floors would be sound proof. I agree Counters would be all 1 height, Barn Doors would be used in another part. (that didn't make sense to me either) Every home should have 2 Sinks for shared Bathroom. I love how ALL the rooms were big plus the CLOSETS, it had a Pantry, Farmhouse needs to be in the Kitchen. As big as the Kitchen was it took away from it in my opinion. I really liked how the Laundry Rm had 2 🚪 in case a 2 or 3 Vehicle Garage could be added. I didn't like the Archways were so rounded. I believe it had some that was more like a half moon & l really love those! The price wasn't bad to be honest l was expecting it to be higher! It really could be 2 Homes in 1! I didn't care for the color of the Counters. I would've chose a solid or Marble type to match the Backsplash. They're trying to make these look like stick built Houses these Companies really need to stop installing Wire Racks in the Closets. I agree it makes it look so cheap! Every home needs to have Linen Closets & plenty of Cabinets for Storage. Some Families like to Stock up, have room for Holiday Totes or room to store additional Appliances like a Upright Freezer in the Laundry Rm. 😊
Have the minimum & upgrade later through the yrs. to save money. Ceiling Fans (prefer w/ Remotes no pull Strings) is a must when ordering these types of Homes because it is costly later l have heard.
Gorgeous home! The only things I would change is the island, lol…I would want it to be one level for more baking room…a door for the w/c and a soaker tub in the master….everything else is absolutely perfect!
Absolutely Fantabulous!!! I love every single thing about this home. What a great job they did on this design and the decor. Nice tour Nate. Don't worry about the time, 20 minutes is short for something of this size and quality.
First I like the porch; I wish it was opened on both sides. I like the steps to the 2nd level are not real steep (11-12 vs the 6-7 than a landing). I can live with the epv floors but would have them in the bedrooms as well as the hallways. LOVE, Love, the laundry room and kitchen layout. Not too sure about the 2 tier island. I would also like a garage or carport that drives thru to the back. Thanks for sharing.
$429,000 🏠 Missing Entertainment Center w DVD Bookcases! I would add French Doors to Dinning Room. And a Fourth Bedroom to the Attic with extra Living/Den Room. Maybe a Game Room. And a Female Walk-in Closet to the Attic Storage Space.
I really love this house! The floor plan is awesome and the Jack and Jill bathroom is perfect for siblings. I know my kids would really like a Jack and Jill bathroom.
This is a pretty nice size home with several great features. But the changes I'd make are: 1. No carpet. 2. I hate posts as room dividers. I'd want more load bearing beams on the ceiling. 3. Double ovens or just ovens & stove tops right next to the refrigerator is a definite no for me. 4. Extend the front porch out & enclose it. 5. The upstairs area has so many possibilities: A. 1 or 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, & a media room. B. A secondary master suite. C. A very large media/family room with a mini bar containing mini fridge, small sink, microwave, etc. Plus a bathroom. D. An office area. E. A craft/art room. 6. Utility room: I'd remove one of the doors & use that space for a freezer so it wouldn't be right next to the washer & dryer. 7. Master bedroom closet: I would put the closet in an area that wouldn't require me to walk through the bathroom to get to it or walk through the closet to get to the bathroom.
Thank you for all the work you are doing. Have you come across one similar to the Southport III; but with a wrap around porch that can be put over a basement? Again thank you for the scouting. It is a big help-Looking for well built to Holmes Standard white with black trim Grandma (That’s me) farmhouse.
Nate you show the greatest homes. C I understand you please come to Texas ? This home hit just about all my buttons, but I would like a bathtub in the master, and a bigger pantry in the kitchen. The size of the bedrooms is what I have been looking for. I love this one.
you could turn the upstairs into a two bedroom apartment for guest when they visit. put in small kitchen and bathroom plus bedroom on either in and the area near the stairs make into the living area.
I could live in this 😂. It's beautiful but I'd have to change a lot of stuff in the kitchen. I don't like the built in oven or stove top. I'd like a bigger pantry with counter top and cabinets at least on the bottom. The sink I'd switch to a farm sink. I'm not picking about the wash room I'd like more counter space to fold right away. I'd also get rid of the carpet in all rooms except the bed rooms. I love the master bed. I'm not crazy for the pillars but with all the space ❤. I'd make the den a library/office with doors. Make the upstairs for entertainment and movie room. Maybe a craft room by those beautiful windows 😍 I'd love to make a loft up there for my girls to hang out.
Love the home. I’d add a bathroom upstairs. Get rid of the carpets. I’d add a basement just a small one for a cold storage room and Toronto areas . But love it
Inlaw apartment or for the oldest child when they marry & bring home their new bride or husband or you could have a weight lifting gym up there or a slot car track or model R.R. Or bowling alley with 2 lanes or a photography studio or an adult fantasy retreat the possibilities are mind boggling like a Wilbur Post architect studio
The ONLY thing I would change is a farm sink in the kitchen. Beautiful house Nate! I love the variety of homes that you show on your channel. I also don't have to see the "pantry dance"...ha ha!
the half bath where its at now it isnt needed, where the jack/jill bathroom is close the jack/jill doors and put the door in the hallway, master bathroom needs a shower/soaker tub combo
It doesn't matter what the whole floor plan is If the kitchen is set up right The whole house isn't happening That is the so misplaced dishwasher I've ever seen 💲
I love the house. A couple of things I would change is first of all of the bathroom cabinet look very cheap I would change those out. The two doors in the laundry room I would change that as well plus I would have my furnace and water heater in the laundry room not in the living room that's kind of dumb. The upstairs I would make into two large bedrooms. I would get rid of the wine bar area in the dining room and I would get rid of The Pantry in the kitchen being that you have so much Cabinetry really don't need a pantry so I would have double French door oven put there. Because you never want to have your oven directly next to your refrigerator cuz that's going to take him cause your refrigerator to work harder. That's a really poor design choice to do that
Where is the family room I see the living room where is the family room is that supposed to be upstairs and why is there ever never ever ever any sign of them's connected onto the main bathroom other than that it's great
Great house. I’d get rid of the carpet, though. Put a soaker tub in the master, make the bathroom countertops just one level - I think that raised level thing would be dated before you could get the home onto your property. Same way with the kitchen island- all stick built homes are showing just one level now. And what’s the reason for the barn doors in the living room?? lol. 😊😊😊
I love the house to be under 300k. The upstairs I would make that into my buisness😁😁.
Absolutely gorgeous inside! The kitchen is unreal! Hopefully I'll have my own home again one day.
I couldn’t agree more and I don’t like the 2 tier counter tops. It would be nice if it was one big piece
Good job of finding this. My husband has stage four cancer he is fighting. We can barely afford gas for chemo treatments. We couldn’t ever afford this, but thank you for letting us dream through you. Thank for dream and see the beauty that is out there. God Bless.
Sorry to hear about your husband. I lost my dad when I was 10 to Leukemia.
That extra den I would have a French door set up and make it my office I work from home
You weren't kidding when you said gigantic. Love this one. There is a lot you can do with that upstairs.
Loved it, upstairs would become the "master floor" the whole thing was very impressive and that cute porch is perfect for morning coffee!
What beautiful and nice homes 😊😊
Love Love Love!!!
I believe this home is one of the nicest yet, nate
Now that's a home.🥰
I like the island a lot!
Best I've seen ever. I would add a dig wash somewhere lol. Love this home.
😮😮😮This home is enormous!😮😮😮
This is really nice. The wire shelves must go! Thanks for the tour. 😊😊
Hello Nate

Your right !!! There's a ton of thing's to like about that home !
🤠The kitchen is very modern and clean with all the light colors and recessed lights!🤠
What a beautiful master shower. Another wonderful tour, beautiful home.
Love it
I’d add a wood stove and wood shelving vs wire
I would have it both ways Electric & Wood. Take the lnsert out if the Electricity goes out. 😊

Lovely no carpet other then that great job😊
I love the complete layout on this home.
Such a beautiful home
I love this home. Bonus room is huge and loved the kitchen. Hello raydon.
Wow this home is just amazing, I live in a brick built house and would move into this home. It is beautiful. I would not change a single thing.
I call it the Brady kids bathroom but those kids were so perfect they did not require a Commode
Gorgeous home! The only things I would change is the island, lol…I would want it to be one level for more baking room…a door for the w/c and a soaker tub in the master….everything else is absolutely perfect!
beautiful!!!
Gorgeous
Beautiful ❤
It a very nice home!
❤ CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE FINISH LOOK UPSTAIRS ❤
Absolutely Fantabulous!!! I love every single thing about this home. What a great job they did on this design and the decor.

😃Very high ceiling makes the home feel even bigger! 😀
I love it! Beautiful home! Great tour! (Every tour is better than the one before! Great job!) Hi Raidon! 👋🏻👋🏻
Gorgeous home !!

I am curretnly working with dealers in Texas. Should be there in mid Jan.
My idea for the upstairs would be a bedroom with closet, as well as a full bathroom and game room library cause I have a lot of books.
love that
Great house my favorite one yet. Needs dark cabinets in kitchen and I want a shower that over looks the tub in the master bath
I love it 😍 I only wish I could have this one 👍 great job
Great house. No jack-n -jill bathroom. I would change it to one door from main hall
you could turn the upstairs into a two bedroom apartment for guest when they visit. put in small kitchen and bathroom plus bedroom on either in and the area near the stairs make into the living area.
Home theater and game room upstairs and of course the extra bedroom but may need a bathroom as well

I was just thinking a half basement to a full basement .

GIANT COMMENT!!
BIGHOUSE‼️‼️
I'd make 2 more bedrooms and a 3/4 bath upstairs. You could also make a 2nd master with 2 bedrooms and a 2nd jack snd jill bath.
Wow!
Fabulous. Needs better colors but the layout is great.
On the eveas I would put shelving or cabinets, etc
I would like a basement and have a utility closet in the basement and the rest as a living space.
Only change I would make is , take all carpet out . beautiful home indeed
Great home No carpet
I would have all hard floors otherwise I love it 🥰
I would make up stairs my craft room
I agree it should have a farmsink I also prefer a gas cooktop
I want darker shade kitchen cabinets...
Can you get a bathroom upstairs?
the half bath where its at now it isnt needed, where the jack/jill bathroom is close the jack/jill doors and put the door in the hallway, master bathroom needs a shower/soaker tub combo
Where is the Outdoor attached deck or patio
What’s the make and model of this?
Awesome plan but I would have no carpet
Price,can it be customized
Get rid of one of the doors in the utility room. Close up the sitting room with a door in the hall for a small office. Get rid of the carpet.
I need a bench in the shower in the main bedroom
How do you get the blueprints to this house
They have the Floor Plan on the Website. Closest thing to blueprint you can get without going to builder for them.
Do you sell in Florida?
They don't sell in Forida, but R-Anell is the brand they sell, and I think they have dealers in Florida
It does need a tub in the master
Would love to see a basement, and no carpet.
Hi, I saw the price Starting Above $269,995 is that really under 300k.
Starting price is, yes, as shown this was just over $300 if memeory serves me right.
Like everything except the carpeting.
It doesn't matter what the whole floor plan is
If the kitchen is set up right
The whole house isn't happening
That is the so misplaced dishwasher I've ever seen 💲

How much $$$
Love but i don't like vents in the floor and wire racks and carpet
Price?
Price was at the end
How much???
