I really love this home. I would, however, change the front door entry. It reminds me of office building doors. I like to see who's at my door before they know I'm home.
Just install a Ring doorbell and you will be able to check your phone to see who is at the door before you even start walking to the doorway. You could also install a frosted door at the archway, or a solid one, to keep people from having full view of your interior. It could be half height to let the light still flow into the main space. Or it could be an enclosed space that would serve to moderate the inflow of air that is uncomfortably humid or hot or cold from infiltrating into the home as people enter and exit. For myself, I know it would be tacky, but the first thing I thought was what a joyful climbing room that would be for my three cats. lol I would add ledges that they could jump from one to another until they get to the level that has the high window. There would be a nice big resting platform there with a railing so that no one accidentally pushes anyone else off as they enjoy the view from on high.
OH MY GOD😮😮!! I can see why this house 🏠🏡 is you pick for 2023!! This is a Masterpiece!! I have seen, a many homes that you showed, but this is a stunner!! I can't see, anything better than this,!! Especially, the Upstairs!! Boy, that is Pure Genius!! The Sunporch, The Kitchen, The Bedrooms and Bathrooms, The Laundry Room, and every, other, room. Who wouldn't want to live in that!! Also, The Patio: Priceless!! Thank You for sharing this mind-blowing home 🏠🏡 with us!! Timothy, you definitely out did yourself once again!! This house 🏠🏡 is AWESOME 😁!!
This home is total eye candy at the curb, WOW. The foyer seemed very tight. The kitchen was a total let down. At a price of nearly $1.3 million dollars…I thought the amount of cabinets was scarce and I really expected pull outs in the cabinets Thank God there was a pantry. The attic pull down in a bedroom…come on, bad design. The great room, open kitchen layout and the covered back screened porch were gorgeous. The laundry room was really nice, I prefer to not have a stackable set. The master suite was an absolute stunner. Wow.
While this home was quite special, the closets with the wood rods were a bit pedestrian for the price point. The real show stopper was the White House just before this one on the tour ( I’m a local and was delighted to see Timothy in our neck of the woods!). Your subscribers will love it for sure!!! Well done as always Timothy.
The light and dark colors works well and plays off of each other in this well laid out home. Definitely not a cookie cutter design. I can see why it was featured in Home Magazine. The two plus story entry way is a stunner. Love the screened-in porch that can be used for a good three seasons out of the year. If there were a bank of glass instead of screens it would be a nice porch which can be used all year for family gatherings, relaxed party events. It's one of those homes that is understated outside but spectacular inside - couldn't tell how spacious or high the ceilings are, And the juxtaposition of the vaulted ceilings and the arches so subtle but it breaks up being one dimensional (all arches or all vaulted). Thank you for taking us on a tour of this home.
Exquisitely built home, but not a pace I'd personally want to live. The dark aesthetic is just not for me, but I can appreciate the skill and craftsmanship that went into constructing it. As always, I sure enjoy seeing the home tours.
Very well thought out home. I love the Master Bedroom and Master Closet. Wow! That's what I'm talking about. The whole home including the screened in porch is very nice. I hate bugs in the summer time, especially mosquitoes.
this is nothing to complain about ppl. where i live 1.3 gets me 1400 sq feet of BS forget about any type of space for a backyard and neighbors are 3 feet away on both sides
Perfect! That back porch stole my heart. The dry bar is exquisite. But I’d need different stackable washer and dryer. I’m short. There would be no way to operate the dryer controls without a step ladder.
This could be a very nice place, but over a $Million? Where is the front Guest Coat Closet by the Foyer? OH, there is none...just some hooks on the wall way over by the Garage which I don't care for to hang my good coats on. Turn the Office/Flex area into a Cloak Room and area with some seating for Guests to use as they arrive. I'd be okay with the Kitchen, but it is not a $Million home Kitchen. The Powder Room and Master Toilet Room are tight and dark, made for skinny butt vampires. I'd have the Master Bath shower and tub together in a wet room and make the Toilet Room a bit wider and add a transom window for light or better yet a Solar Tube Skylight. To fix the Powder Room getting rid of the Wet Bar and doing a Residential Elevator for the Guest Room would give up plenty of room to widen the Powder Room. Get a Solar Tube in it too...do a split Solar Tube and light the Bathroom for the Bedrooms too. This place for a $Million Plus really is crying for a Media Room. This is a $600,000.00 home at best. Also I'd love to meet the judges that awarded that Master Bath and put them in that Toilet Room and close the door...oh, with my extremely claustrophobic 6' 2" big strong broad shoulder older brother in there with them.
Arches were awesome a few years after getting into the trades, they were the thing for years, then we ripped them out. Now we're putting them back in. 😅
Just FYI, that thing in the closet you keep saying is a steamer is not a steamer it’s a dry cleaning unit. Saves you from having to go to dry cleaners. ❤😊
This whas a amazing showing I love the folted selings i love the kitchen i love the lay oud snd i love the backyard i love the primary bedroom and bathroom its avery nice bedroom I love the intrence i love the screente in porch Thank you for showing us this amazing home timothy Take care and God bless Best regards Anja
The basic floor plan in quite good. The construction style and interior finishes are horrendous, and bits like the extremely tall entry just exaggerates the narrowness. The obnoxious colors and decorations finish it off as absolutely revolting.
I ❤the exterior color choices and most of the interior is okay with me. I say most because, to me, there is a disconnect on the foyer as well as the kitchen/livingroom..I can't pinpoint it though...and I can't afford it so really, who gives a rip lol..The bonus space with the plaid carpeting unexpectedly took me from trot, into a full on pitter-patter ❤❤❤...❤IT....AND THE DINNING ROOM😮😊❤. I will say the dry bar was a treat, and It would make a nice closet, though. The back splash was a nice touch. They dropped the ball on the little details like carrying the herringbone pattern over to the buttlers pantry rather than just using the same tile..in a $Million+ home the little details make a difference. Also, in my opinion, the laundry space is like standing in a completely different home..odd. At any rate, the place is nice and I could be forced to live there relatively easily, so there's that.
For a house THAT expensive I would have expected an eating area with a table in the KITCHEN and a bigger dining room, and more bedrooms, and BIGGER bedrooms. My daughter would love that upstairs space but she would want a soaking tub. (She’s in college and headed to vet school) There really isn’t a lot of cabinet space in that kitchen. You don’t have enough “sit down & eat” space. I guess you won’t be hosting Christmas and thanksgiving lol You have a lot of open space so I guess people will be “mulling around” carrying plates of horsd’ oeuvres lol Must be a ritzy neighborhood at that price. I like the living room ceiling…. I want one similar to it, but not quite as high. It’s not “cozy” when the ceiling is so high. I’d prefer the ceiling in the kitchen and living room not be “all in one”. I’d want some sort of separation. The back porch is nice. The den area would be a good place for a book wall and for a game room, I’d not an office. I like all the cabinets in the laundry room. I’d want a little bit of a lower vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom. It’s not cozy. I want a sitting area in my bedroom one day (need a bigger house first). I’m not a fan of a clear shower. I’d want it frosted, at least to shoulder height. Love the tub. Love the closet. The steamer would be awesome!
Thats Not a appliance garage, a appliance garage would be flush to the counter to slide them in and out so the bottom is still the counter top not a raised cabinet interior as that was plus a appliance garage would have a electrical outlet inside. That's just a cabinet sitting ontop of the counter.
Timothy, I love seeing your beautiful face! Can you please spend sometime on the front porch? You tour so many homes with beautiful front porches. We never get to see them. =(
Great video as always. The floor plan and elevation are really nice, but the colour choices throughout are too dark and don’t seem to go well together. Really nice house but would prefer an overall lighter palette.
Like the floor plan a lot. Would like to see the office and dining areas opened up on the foyer sides. Lighten up some of the colors in areas. And definitely wouldn't pay a million...
Hi Timothy. I have been looking for house builder like Schumacher Homes Or Diyanni Homes who has there own plan and price. My Land is located at Linden VA and hard to find this type of builder in my area. It will be highly appreciated if you can recommand one. Thank you so much!
As sual, the interior desecrators, I mean, decorators turn simple elegant rooms into gaudy, uncomfortable spaces with their hideous wall papers. And who paints a dining room with dark (black) paint?
I love the home. I would get rid of the black but otherwise I really love it! Thanks for showing it. I really love watching your videos. You do a great job!
Dining area could be opened up for an overall opened feeling. It like a cave in the house. Love the layout but the design decor is not to my liking...feels very chopped up and cave like.
From the outside the house looks great. But I didn't like the layout. Only the master bedroom and bathroom are good. And I really liked the backyard. What I didn't like the most were the arches and the kitchen.
I now that's a nice cozy unique hike. I love it I love it. Why did you cut down your gorgeous beard of dreams ? Your extra dreamy gorgeous with it. Must be to hot hub. Now to have it on. ❤❤❤❤❤
Bro my dad thought about building a house and we saw this design the only thing is that it’s way too gaudy I don’t drink cause I’m apostolic a little overpriced probably should be 500 to 600,000
Closet in the first bedroom was horrible. No built-ins? Attic access right over the bed? So I can not install a ceiling light or fan? Poor design. You have shown way better properties...
I personally toured this home and while I thought it was going to be my favorite if the tour, it was my biggest letdown. Overstyled and too small compared to every other house on the tour.
Not for me prefer light hardwoods and light neutral color’s. And my least favorite color is green everywhere and what hideous wall paper and all those dark cabinets. I did love the vaulted ceilings in the living room which I have currently in my home don’t like exposed beams reminds me of a cabin. I sure wouldn’t pay over a million for this home it is the same square footage of my current home and wouldn’t give it up for that.
I don’t really see how this surpassed your imagination. Unless you don’t have much of an imagination, I guess. It’s certainly a pleasant looking property, but there was nothing groundbreaking about it whatsoever.
I really love this home. I would, however, change the front door entry. It reminds me of office building doors. I like to see who's at my door before they know I'm home.

Rich people don’t cook at home.
what do you think of all in one ehat pump washer/dryer combo?

Addams family here, I’ll take it! Gorgeous inside and out, great vibe. 💯

Gorgeous home. Archways are my favorite thing. Rooms are all good size. Love the pantry. Thank you for the tour.
I love the dark colours, I might go for different ones but I do love moody rooms.
I love this house but only change a few things slightly
My man Tim!! You definitely delivered with this one.. it's a stunner ❤
Not for me, but I can tell it is well done and the fixtures are high quality
Exquisitely built home, but not a pace I'd personally want to live. The dark aesthetic is just not for me, but I can appreciate the skill and craftsmanship that went into constructing it. As always, I sure enjoy seeing the home tours.
I would be thrilled to call this home. It's stunning.
Cedar with black is my favorite newer trend.. it looks so slick
This one was for sure the all time favorite. It's like everything I use to dream about.
Bring on all the dark designs, its fits me perfectly. Love this house.
I like the look of the outside fireplace better than the inside fireplace
Perfect! That back porch stole my heart. The dry bar is exquisite. But I’d need different stackable washer and dryer. I’m short. There would be no way to operate the dryer controls without a step ladder.
It's totally magnificently exquisite!!! Decored beautifully. Love it❤️
I love how EVERY house is your FAVORITE house...lol
He does reuse descriptive screen grab wording quite often.
This could be a very nice place, but over a $Million? Where is the front Guest Coat Closet by the Foyer? Powder room has grass cloth wall covering
This house is magnificent! Who is the designer??? WOW!!!
Home of the year is right!!!!
Arches were awesome a few years after getting into the trades, they were the thing for years, then we ripped them out. Now we're putting them back in. 😅
love this house...my favorite so far this year
Just FYI, that thing in the closet you keep saying is a steamer is not a steamer it’s a dry cleaning unit. Saves you from having to go to dry cleaners. ❤😊
Absolutely stunning home!
Thanks for the tour.

I love the intrence i love the screente in porch
Thank you for showing us this amazing home timothy
Take care and God bless

Gorgeous home!
How would you change a burnt out light bulb in the foyer fixture?
Not for me. The first thing I looked into and was the refrigerator. Really? For over a million dollars was the view of a fridge? 😮
The basic floor plan in quite good. The construction style and interior finishes are horrendous, and bits like the extremely tall entry just exaggerates the narrowness. The obnoxious colors and decorations finish it off as absolutely revolting.
1m+ home and the attic access is in the middle of a bedroom.
It is BEAUTEEFUL!!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
Cabin house, I really like it! Yep my favorite so far.
Do you happen to have the link to this floor plan? It's beautiful!
I ❤the exterior color choices and most of the interior is okay with me. Can you tell us what the siding material and color is on this home?!? Beautiful aesthetic
Beautiful home for someone. I enjoyed the tour.
Love this home!
Beautiful home. That unfinished room upstairs I would have finished.
Thats Not a appliance garage, a appliance garage would be flush to the counter to slide them in and out so the bottom is still the counter top not a raised cabinet interior as that was plus a appliance garage would have a electrical outlet inside. That's just a cabinet sitting ontop of the counter.

Beautiful house.
Beautiful

Great video as always. The floor plan and elevation are really nice, but the colour choices throughout are too dark and don’t seem to go well together. Really nice house but would prefer an overall lighter palette.
What kind of floors are they?
On your bedroom in your mountain home you have a big room so incorporating a sitting area in there should be a snap.
Like the floor plan a lot. Would like to see the office and dining areas opened up on the foyer sides. Lighten up some of the colors in areas. And definitely wouldn't pay a million...
Welcome to my neck of the woods!
LOVE THE GREEN TILE. Wait ..appliance garage I'm 💀💀💀
Dining room too small
Wow gorgeous 😍
~Beautiful!
Hoo Ray finally a tiled shower floor in America, instead of those ugly pointless plastic floor trays.
Hi Timothy. I have been looking for house builder like Schumacher Homes Or Diyanni Homes who has there own plan and price. My Land is located at Linden VA and hard to find this type of builder in my area. It will be highly appreciated if you can recommand one. Thank you so much!
Everything was nice about the colors I like the dark colors but the lower cabinets in the kitchen in that old brown just didn’t fit
All of these houses literally look the same. No character whatsoever. The only thing I can say is that they look clean.
Hello, would you call this type of build a Modern farm home
As sual, the interior desecrators, I mean, decorators turn simple elegant rooms into gaudy, uncomfortable spaces with their hideous wall papers. And who paints a dining room with dark (black) paint?
I’m firing my realtor if they show me a $1.3M home with a kitchen like that
How much $$$?
🔥 🔥 🔥
Beautiful home, but it really lacks light for all its space.
WOW! $1.3M for that?! That is ridiculously overpriced even for the Austin market where I live. Check out those crappy light switches!
Hi Tim this 🏡 house is beautiful thanks 👍 for showing my friend
Beautiful home...
Darealdeal
You have same in cambridge ma ??
Looks like a church though.
🤩
I love the colors except the dining room. But easy fix. People need to remember they can change colors.
I love the home. I would get rid of the black but otherwise I really love it! Thanks for showing it. I really love watching your videos. You do a great job!
Thank you 😊
Dining area could be opened up for an overall opened feeling. It like a cave in the house. Love the layout but the design decor is not to my liking...feels very chopped up and cave like.
beautiful house. nice video. if i were in the market, id contact you.
Not even a pot filler in the (tiny) kitchen? This is a $650k house in Alabama.
From the outside the house looks great. But I didn't like the layout. Only the master bedroom and bathroom are good. And I really liked the backyard. What I didn't like the most were the arches and the kitchen.
Foyer too narrow and where's the coat closet for guests??😢
I now that's a nice cozy unique hike. I love it I love it. Why did you cut down your gorgeous beard of dreams ? Your extra dreamy gorgeous with it. Must be to hot hub. Now to have it on. ❤❤❤❤❤
Girl what...
Bro my dad thought about building a house and we saw this design the only thing is that it’s way too gaudy I don’t drink cause I’m apostolic a little overpriced probably should be 500 to 600,000
Yeah I know what you mean 🤣
❤
Nice home but very buyer specific. A home for someone with older children as their is no tub in any of the bathrooms with exception of the master.
Вааау😱❤️
The fkex room would be where My Piano would be.
The unfinished space can be a panic room.
I'd have it finished for a bedroom.
Price has to do somewhat with the lot and location as well.
Now that I am in a wheelchair, I look at everything differently...
Woah. Dark
@@kikikayteeno reality for many people.
Waaaay too dark for my tastes and the hallways seemed a bit claustrophobic to me. That giant, ungodly Hokie in the bonus room was a huge turn-off.
I don’t really see how this surpassed your imagination. Unless you don’t have much of an imagination, I guess. It’s certainly a pleasant looking property, but there was nothing groundbreaking about it whatsoever.
Oh stop it's so nice!!! Tell us how you'd change it with your imagination
The upstairs carpet...while it works with the aesthetic...is a tragedy
And only $1.295,000
