I like that while they have evolved past the need for sign language, it is still part of their communication.
you can say more that way.
What's cool is I don't think every ape tribe knows sign language. I'll have to re-watch this movie, but I think it's a remnant of Ceasars people who practiced and kept sign language, while other tribes learned only speech
@@brunchen1162 It is smarter to have more ways to communicate than just one.
@AnnaBellaChannel OH 100%, it's just cool that a piece of Ceasars knowledge has survived for 300 years
@@brunchen1162 It was Maurice who taught everyone to sign 1st.
Callback to the little girl in War. I guess since she was the only human to be with Caesar’s tribe they started to call all female humans Nova after her
And her name is a reference to Linda Harrison in the original film
But how did they reproduce if she was the only living human on the planet?
@@TL_23253 He said only human in Ceasar's tribe, not the only living human on the planet.
Nova must have lived her whole life with Caesars tribe to still be remeberd three hundred years later.
Yeah
This is cool! Was almost worried the apes talking was going to look creepy. But they made it look and sound really natural. This is how I’d imagine apes would maybe sound if they could talk.
His necklace is the window of Cesar’s home in the first movie. How had nobody noticed this yet???
I did and it serves as a symbol of caesar now, recorded to the their history archives, to remember their saviour and messiah from the mankind's clutches
@@finlandguy427 in the end of the first movie a newspaper article said something like an interstellar travel. I’m thinking hear me out now, that someone from the 2001 crew somehow someway made it to earth and that’s what that girl mei can talk. I’m pretty sure she’s an astronaut dude. Idk maybe I’m rambling
I’ve noticed
200 years of ape survival make this so real
It’s technically 300 years. The film premise said it.
As an Apes fan, I’m super excited for this one!
Apes been survive 200 years
It’s actually been 300 years
300 years!! That dang virus destroyed the world! That greedy ceo destroyed the world!
Centuries later, here we are
I can’t wait to see this movie 🔥🔥🔥
Oh man, I can not wait to see this movie next month, along with "The Fall Guy", and maybe "IF", in which, the latter is a family film, coming from the director behind the main "A Quiet Place" movie installments!
Huh??
Caeser would be proud that he not like the other apes knowing wat apes doing to humans is wrong but be disapointed that everything is way worst then before now this wat fans been waiting for
Caesar would be sad and angry his descendants is now cruel and abusing humans in this generation. But also at the same time, his legacy carries on and some apes still kind and caring to humans just as Caesar was. So Caesar would be proud there are still apes treating humans the same way he treats them.
@@CrimsonRobloxAt the same i understand how apes are taking their revenge towards humans for hunting, abusing, killing them and experiment on them but now that the tables have turned, they want humans to feel how they've been felt
But even so, apes aren't better than humans so Caesar would be dissapointed. He wanted apes to be better than humans and gladly at least two of them, Noa and Raka aren't like Proximus Caesar.
@@CrimsonRoblox If Caesar Was Resurrected It Would Be Like This
Caesar: What Are You Doing All Of You Stop.
Can't wait to see the apes reactions when nova speaks and explain what happen 300 years ago.
must nice must nice
I remember from the war movie that the virus isn’t killing humans anymore but they are devolving humans.
Maybe I need to go back to the first in the new series. I don't understand why a virus would make only apes smart and humans regress. With us being so close, genetics wise, you would think it would have had similar effects on both of us.
The ALZ-13 that was created to last longer in humans than ALZ-12 had was more potent and had lethal side effects, but the company that created it were so focused on profits for Alzheimer’s treatment that they neglected to test it properly. It didn’t have the same effect on chimps and instead made them smarter, with it being passed down genetically and each new generation being more intelligent than the next. Plus, that same genetic mutation caused the Simian Flu which spread through both apes and humans. That’s why there are apes that weren’t in Caesars clan that were also smart. A human got it, spread it round the world and infected both human and ape. The humans died or became non-verbal/ animal like and the apes got smarter. Great metaphor for consequence of greed.
It's called fiction.
Apparently, apes have much stronger immune systems. The virus was man made and tested on apes to try to develop a cure for Alzheimer’s by improving cognitive ability. It worked on the chimps but the humans who were exposed got severely sick and it turned into a deadly pandemic, with only 1 in 500 genetically immune. Over the years, the virus mutated and caused the humans to go mute and eventually regress into a feral state.
Remember the ALZ112 that Will was developing in Rise? He originally made it to cure his dad of alzheimer's. But it didn't work so Will started ALZ113, which was a stronger strain. But it was also lethal, and instead of helping the human mind, it was attacking it. While the apes got smarter, we were regressing. Flash forward to War for the Planet of the Apes, and the disease had gotten so bad that it was rendering all humans infected with it back to a primitive mindset.
