My first years of high school I got bullied for the first time ever, so near the end of the year the kid pushed it a bit too far and I threw a chair at him and sat back down. 2nd year halfway through the year, same kid on a flight of stairs, he pushed it to far and I right hooked his chin and he fell down the stairs and I walked and reported him for initiating a fight with me. I never got in trouble in school or at home, I got the kid suspended from school for a total of 3 weeks in 2 years.

Train Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, or MMA. If nothing else learn the basics in defense, how to throw proper punches, and basic grappling. Good luck and don't quit unless you get dropped at least once. The jab means a lot. Hooks can be beneficial as can uppercuts. Don't do too much your first fight, just add what you know you can do decently or well first.
