Bro it was (200/4+1)+1
i.e. (50+1)+1=52
Recheck the formula, that's basic maths!
No she is right first we will add 4+1 =5 then we'll divide it by 200 that is equal to 40 and at last we'll add 1 (40+1=41)

I want to save time if the viewer is confused about the single transferable votes example at 26:50 . the vote transferred would eliminate the candidate with the lowest votes and then the ballot papers of the same would be again evaluated for the *2nd preference. That's the reason the voting is done to rank the preferences.
the second preference could be anyone as per the ranking done by the MLA's .The vote of second preference would be added to the other members that are remaining
