BROWNIE COOKIE

Hello everyone! Today is an easy recipe for a delicious brownie cookie. The cookies turn out to be very chocolate and soft in the brownie style.
INGREDIENTS:
60g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
60g unsalted butter
100g dark chocolate
70g granulated sugar
50g brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
COOKING METHOD:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2. Put butter and chopped chocolate into another bowl. Melt in the microwave for 60 seconds, stir. Set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg with granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Continuing to beat, add melted chocolate.
4. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
5. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a measuring spoon.
6. Bake at 360F/180C for 12 minutes.
