Back in 1986, I owned a 325i. It had a great engine, and a really nice engine note as standard. It didn't sound like this. This video sounds like one of those scenarios where a car has been messed about, bigger, rortier exhaust etc fitted..., clutches dropped, tyres squeal, loud noises....., and all for a car that is now is slower than the original.

I hope the gauges do not work, because to get the engine into the rev limiter while its basically asscold makes one driving his car not for long ... However I think it is not working as it doesnt move for the whole video
Dunno maybe it just depends on the life the engine has led had a standard 325i sport with 3.6 lad that was seemingly very good in 1st and 2nd but never slugged once in third had 178kmiles on it then bought of a older English gentleman

tires seem to spin allot :) mine doesnt do that. maybe because of the welded diff i presume ? or did you let the clutch pop

Not possible, this is the typical 12 valve sound from BMW, M20/M30.
You can make it this loud and probably you can get the deep sound too, but the the typical irregular engine running, you cant get.
