He stated he didn't know where the shoots were coming from,so has been said from other witnesses. shit im trying to still figure out how these school shootings even happen.how do these school shooters go unnoticed before they even get a chance to take so many poor ppls lives??Example every time i go to my son's school its hell just trying to get to the office,you need id there are more security officers than kids and none of the doors can be entered from an outside point,cameras everywhere.so simply asking why does this keep happening?

    I heard the host say, “I think it’s misguided to charge the officer” My question is, why do we have a police on site of schools?! Just as a deterrent?! Come on, his job is to serve and protect, this police officer has an obligation to, at least, try to protect those children in the event of an active shooter.

    • @angellewis2244
      @angellewis2244 Рік тому

      Not taking any sides here, but if we talking about ‘it was he’s job to serve and protect’ then what was the ‘job’ of the teachers/educators/principal who where most of the time with the shooter and what was the ‘job’ of his parents and why are they not charged? Again just trying to understand American law

    • @masterofthemat

      @@angellewis2244 hmmm, good question but I think the teachers area of expertise lies in teaching curriculum and not protecting the students from an active shooter. I think in some cases, the teachers are “Expected” to serve and protect but certainly not while an officer is there. Just my opinion.

    If the round is tested and it’s a forensic match to the same fire arm, then it’s proof! If the gun was found at RA’s home and the jacket 🧥 is the same he wore to the bridge, then he’s guilty! He brutally and callously assaulted and murdered two precious innocent girls. He also lived in their community and hid in plain sight for all of those years watching people suffer and the extensive investigations that the Police 👮‍♀️ and FBI carried out quite publicly…asking the World if anyone had information about him or this barbaric crime! This says volumes for RA’s own personality and sadistic cruelty and lack of conscience over his brutal crime! He was thriving and still living without shame! Only after he was arrested, all of a sudden, his health has become a controversial topic among innocent citizens! Don’t feel sorry for this “man”! He needs to be held accountable!

They have no issue throwing that fucking weight around when it comes to every other citizen in this country, but the moment they’re actually required to DEFEND CHILDREN they stood in the hallways within earshot of these screaming children, while joking and laughing the whole time.

    The worry I have for the Delphi case is that there will be a similar string of objections and calls for a mistrial as in the YNW Melly case. The Delphi suspect presented himself to the police as a witness on the bridge the day of the search. He was living within a small distance from the crime scene. Yet they did not even have him on their radar for years and years. We know it ow, it wasn't that they were keeping evidence aside or keeping an eye on anyone. They were just mishandling the case. The guy could confess from here to his eventual meeting of his maker and they still have plenty of opportunity to throw the case out. And if he asks for a change of venue and they deny it, a conviction will likely be overturned. What a wreck of a case, it's amazing there hasn't been any vigilante attempts. Indiana might as well be an episode of the Keystone cops in the wild west.

      @@chuckydall9250 You do NOT know everything though, you're only believing what MSM has told you. Unless you've watched the trial and have learned the actual FACTS and EVIDENCE , you're wrong. You certainly have a right to an opinion but you should educate yourself and try to look at facts not what speaking heads have told you. Don't be ignorant, don't be gullible. Be educated and do your own research and stop blindly believing everything you hear as fact.

    They need to get that man out of solitary confinement immediately. They're going to destroy their own prosecution by the way they're treating him. Hes not a hardened criminal, you cant just throw a cvs clerk into solitary confinement pre-trial and think hes going to be competent. He cant aid in his own defense if hes in psychosis.

    If I was a suspect in that case, a cartridge from MY 40 cal pistol would match the found casing, too. VERY FLIMSY evidence! Confessions are undoubtedly from cellmates who either have been promised something from that [apparently-crooked] prosecutor, or they just want to be famous.

    I see a lot of comments defending this guy,saying that he probably froze out of fear,and that most people would have done the same...and perhaps you're right, perhaps I'd freeze, but guess what? I'm not a trained officer. I'm not trained in school shooter scenarios and I'd STILL like to believe that I'd run in there. I know for a 100000% fact that if someone I loved was in there, I'd run in so fast that heads would spin. Hell, if my dog was in there, I'd be sprinting into that building, so I can only imagine what I'd do if my child was in there.
