I guess I'm late to the party, but, thank you again for sharing! I've never tried pigments or Shellac for stamping. It's time to give them a try!

Hi Fee, just wondering can you use CND Shellac instead of creative play on your stamping plate to stamp?
Hi Louise, yes, it is possible. I've done that at the end of this video in fact. But, stamping with Shellac is messy, time consuming, and only useful if your intention is to adhere something to the design. Thank you. When you did the third design with shellac did you already top coat the blue?
Thank you. I forgot to use D.sperse hence why my foil stuck everywhere.
It's best to finish with Top Coat and remove top film before stamping on the SHELLAC.

hi,can i use normal hybrid shellac to stamp? it doesnt seem to work for me,its too watery
Sara, I almost never stamp with Shellac, far better results and a faster, easier process using an air drying polish like Vinylux or Creative Play.

Depending what it's made from, it might be fine or it might leave a cloudy film behind on the plate. Give it a try!
CND's ScrubFresh contains acetone and alcohol and the blend is just right for cleaning the YOURS plates and stamper X
What is Ipa ??
IPA is isopropyl alcohol. In the UK we have a brand name IPA called d.sperse that we use to remove the sticky top film from cured SHELLAC Top Coat.
