There will be different advice for different stampers. I always use CND ScrubFresh to clean my Halo Stamper, I like the results it gives me.

What is the difference between shellac and gel polish?

Shellac is a specific professional use only brand of gel polish, made by CND. The key benefit is the fast removal time and the fact that the natural nail does not require to be filed or buffed at any time during application or removal. If Shellac is applied, and importantly, removed professionally, nails will not become damaged, even after year and years of consecutive wear.

I have used Google Translate, I hope I understand correctly!
To stamp, I use a traditional nail varnish. The name is Creative Play by CND. It is an air-drying nail varnish.
