Lecente™ Rainbow Chrome, Neons & Stamping

This is a tutorial for Nail Professionals. In this video I'll show the steps for creating professional stamping nail art with CND SHELLAC and the Lecenté products; Rainbow Chrome & Lecenté Neon Nail Shadows.
I used the new Lecenté Chrome collection to create this amazing professional nail design.

what is the difference between layer-it and top coat?

Hey Joe, Lecenté Layer It is a curable clear layer that has no sticky top film after curing. You need that to get the chrome effect.
