Does anyone know what defines a parabola? It seems not. A parabolic shape is defined as the shape of a graph where the y coordinate is proportional to the square of the x coordinate. There is is absolutely no logical rhyme or reason to apply this word to these springs. Someone had a brain fade at some point when this style of springs first appeared. It would be equally logical to call them circular springs, hyperbolic springs, elliptical springs, galactic space springs, quantum dot springs, etc.

If I went for the 500kg 79 parabolics, how much heavier are they over the 79s OEM factory conventional leaf pack. Have you guys weighed a 79s factory leaf pack?

Are there multiple brands that make parabolic leaf springs and do any of them make 63 inch leaf springs? I’ve got a Chevy 63 set in the back of my 87 forerunner and would like to maintain the same ride height.
