Narcissists can’t answer the question “Do you feel sorry for what you did?” They don’t have the capacity for remorse. They only care about themselves. Even when they “love” someone, it’s for their own desire not the other person. Once they’re done with you, you’re discarded and they move on to the next victim.

If Billie Wayne Coble had not taken those lives, he would not be subjecting his son and family through this awful pain and tragedy. That one man changed so many lives and not for the better. What people do not understand is that psychopaths simply seem to miss what most of us have. And they did not bring that upon themselves. So to me, how can I blame them for being themselves? I find it horrible, what they did. Sure. But sometimes it is like blaming a person not to write with a righthand when that person was born without a righthand. or: you ciuld have saved someone if you had a right hand. You were born without one and so you could not prevent someone from falling off a cliff. Suppose something like that happens. Is that person responsible?
Now that is obvious, but when it is not so obvious since it is in ones brain we do not understand. So I can't blame him for being who he was, I don't think people make themselves so in a sense he is the fourth victim of his own psychopathy.
In my life I have seen friends and close ones struggleing with schizophrenia, borderlinepersonality disorder etc. Their behaviour too is mindboggling. I have seen them trying all sorts of medications, therapies and admire them so much since it is such hard hard work and everytime it is in vain. Can we blame them they behave absurdly, say they have voices in their heads, say that the Russian government is spying on them via microphones in the wall like my Brother in law apparantly once claimed). Or someone being so incredibly cold and devoid of empathy in her borderlien frenzy. Someone that usually is so pure, so kind and so so so remorseful when she had such a bout and said hurtfull things to innocent people???
So we are all sane we think etc. But I can't point a finger to these murderers because I think they are very much like my Brother in Law....thye just cannot help themselves with in this case grave grave consequences.

In the United States, prisoners may wait many years before execution can be carried out due to the complex and time-consuming appeals procedures mandated in the jurisdiction. A lengthy appeals process causes delays.
Sometimes, death sentence appeals go to the nation's highest court to be decided. The appeals process is taking longer and that causes the decades of delays before an execution takes place.
Death-row prisoners in the U.S. typically spend more than a decade awaiting execution or court rulings overturning their death sentences. More than half of all prisoners currently sentenced to death in the U.S. have been on death row for more than 18 years.
Takes years for 1 appeal especially if it's high courts.
