    I remember when Bundy had been caught in Florida--and despite his willingness to give the names/locations of many of his unknown and not yet found victims (in several states across the country), Florida firmly said "no deal" and in no time, he was gone. The impression I got from reading the newspapers at the time was that he thought he could buy some time and was genuinely taken by surprise that his end came so quickly.

    • @JimiKGB
      @JimiKGB 7 місяців тому +25

      Yeah he was trying to just buy time but they weren’t having that 💩 !! He thought he was the one who was going to be the one running the show but if he had any real remorse he wouldn’t have needed favors to release locations and such. There was enough bodies found and it would have turned into a circus for the prison system if they let him play his games.

It was disclosed AFTER the trial that he was actually recently released from prison for sexual crimes against women....in fact, the same exact thing she claimed he did was part of his M.O....with an incident in prison between him and a nurse he attacked as mostly proof that he was at least, for sure up to no good outside of just hiring a prostitute...the woman really was troubled and mentally unwell and not only that, she was one of the quickest executions carried out by this state!!! I think it took them 11 yrs, when there's literally ppl who have been there for DECADES with no date in sight!!! In the other case of the serial sexual killer (Pedifile no excuse for raping a child of 11 year,s old child and killing this child.Each case is different and proper ⚖️ justice should be measured out Justly.Sad to say the Judicial system has failed the victim,s of abuse and the perpertraitor,s of the abuse victim,s still walk free.How very sad🤔scale,s of justice⚖️has not been balanced right in each case.Who is to blame the Judicial system that has acted in a Racist partial biased view point and has failed it,s victim,s that should of never been put to death in certain case,s.(That,a how i personally see it) 🤔

      It was true … for him . One if the things he said that rung true with me was how his mother’s true crime pulp magazines commingled sex and violence . I know it sent m mixed messages to me as an autistic kid . He was a psychopath . Stimuli affects them particularly differently . That opens up the discussion about graphic media like movies that mix violent and sexually stimulating images . Both porn and mainstream media di that to differing degrees . We healthy minds do not get moved to enacting our fantasy by such media but its clearly a means to escalation among Psychopaths . The question remains do we continue to normalize such things out of deference to personal freedoms or do we collectively do without exercising that right , possibly vote away that right in effort to impact how many people become the next Bundy ?

    • @danmccarron0
      @danmccarron0 10 місяців тому +1

      the video is designed to draw the audience in and emotionally push them in a specific direction. They need to keep the viewer occupied and there is not much compelling or exciting real-life footage from many of the cases, let alone a 1960's-1970's serial murder case. Fair-use segments of old movies are more suitable and set the mood when the crime is from that generation. It would seem somewhat out of place to have a clip of Michael Myers strangling someone in one of the "reboot films" of the Halloween franchise from last decade after all.
      Not just the movie clips, they choose their words for the script, the placement of the material, the music, etc. with some attention to the emotional effect they want to have. If you pay attention to those details you can almost "smell" the manipulation involved.
      BTW for editorialized documentary-type videos, that is as normal as a TV personality wearing makeup on-set and practicing the phony smile at all times, so it's not unique here. They all do that to keep people watching.
