- Minecraft has an end, but it doesn't. In today's episode we head into the end dimension for the very first time and take on the enderdragon, Minecraft's first boss. If you kill the ender dragon with beds, you won’t get the achievement: free the end unless you get the last hit on the dragon.

Another tip for the fight:
1. Press f3+b to turn on the hitboxes
2. You will see 9 hitboxes into a big box
3. Try to hit the boxes on his head. There he gets the most damage.
4. Simpel rule: The smaller the hitbox, the more damage you deal.

Another tip: Become like Dream (A speedrunner)...
I play pocket edition so this tip isn’t that good for me

i just tried and my dragon is nothing like he said. im thinking this is gunna be easy but JUST WHEN I GET IN IMMEDIATELY THE DRAGON IS NON STOP CHARGING ME AND DOING LIKE 5 HEARTS. but his is doing like 1 . any way i die with my netherite armor and didnt place a chest and im trapped can’t get up because the top of the island it to high and the dragon is just attacking me over and over

Yeah, I think it's straight up bizarre how all these UA-camrs seem to view killing the FINAL BOSS as early game content. Like, early game ends when you get full iron gear and start the hunt for diamonds. And then end game is... Well, the End.

He didn't need to break the chains. The arrow goes through it. the head of the dragon is not that dangerous and even less dangerous when you have lots of food and potions and freaking netherite armor. Speedrunners beat this game with iron armor like come on... He only did that cuz he wanted to show the secure way to do it. Also he knows a lot of stuff that might help us to beat the game as well as he did without inconveniences
The way you beat the dragon is by actually being good at Minecraft like my boi wattles

Yes, but you can see if they are a channel member, so if I don’t see it, and the comment isn’t old, I know they aren’t a member, and most definitely aren’t first. This isn’t the same for all vids tho
I feel like it should be mentioned that once you enter the end, you aren't coming back out until you either die or kill the dragon. It's kinda easy to forget that super important spooky part once you've done it a few times but gosh is it unsettling the first time. 💦💦

Thanks for the guide! The feather falling boots and slow falling potions were great help! It took me 30 mins to defeat the dragon in one try on normal difficulty, just poor aiming really slowed me down in taking out the end crystals. And the endermen were dealt with by using iron golems.

"Bring a bed, but don't take the bed into the end, you're going to put the bed inside of the stronghold and set your spawn, if something bad happens, which nothing will happen to us, but if something bad did happen and you were already at the stronghold, you could jump right back to the action."

I've been putting off the Ender Dragon fight in my survival world for a while now, but finally went and did it tonight. One death from getting knocked into the air before I could get a slow fall potion up, but not too bad. Got a mod from VanillaTweaks on my world to have the Ender Dragon drop an Elytra, and that really opens things up.

Sword with potion of strength under the head (takes more damage it seems) while it is perched, is ten times faster than the bow. Two landings and the dragon is toast.

Hi Wattles. This is the third episode where I’ve suggested this. In the jungle, you should build a temple with an underground complex underneath it. It can be like an ancient shopping mall. Each store in the mall can contain the output chest for a different farm. And each store can be themed like that farm. I think trying to build EVERY farm in the game seems pretty impressive. Also congrats on zero deaths :P

You should find a second stronghold if ye considering making a silverfish farm/infested block farm(which you're probably not). Also, when taking out the caged crystals, you take almost no damage if you hit it with your fist from the corner gap. Also get inside the portal when it lands and hit its head from under and behind. If you hit its head, you deal a lot more damage, and when the dragon takes off it can't hit you.

Big tip on destroying end crystals: destroy the end crystals covered with a cage first ,Place water at the middle of the map, build up with any block all the way to good range of the crystals with a bow(preferably end stone), and you can shoot all the towers without a problem, and jump down to the water.
I’m not a huge gamer I just love Minecraft and have played for years... you inspired me to go after the big goals watching your videos. well for the first time tried to take on the ender dragon yesterday.. a enderman was the my portal platform... apparently if you push them off the edge they attack you and fling you off the platform. lost everything ughh off to try and find the strong hold again today 😭

The only times I've attempted to fight the ender dragon in my 8 years of experience. I've been shooting at the towers. And then it hits me once, and suddenly I'm in thousands not feet in the air and immediately die from fall damage. 1,000 iq with the slow falling potion.

Great guide, only thing left out is why u cant hit the ender crystal things, they’ll explode and kill u, too many have learned the hard way, also another tip if u have a wither head ( i just so happened to get one before my fight) or any other mobs head u can wear with the same effect of carved pumpkins without the annoying blare
