this comment opened my eyes wraithlord is a completely balanced character :) despite his gunslinger's nuke potential, him having almost miko's entire moveset, nevan (fuck nevan), D.S.W. which makes you immortal essentially, S.D.T which is an instant win condition, having the most tools out of any modded character, mix up city with cerberus, combo city with balrog, his smooth state having projectile mixups, cavelier saying "fuck you" with armor and a whole charge mechanic, and combos longer than drake's rod. just di guys, it will all be okay. he definitely doesn't have tools to catch di (gehehehe i love you trick). his neutral is mid, so just stomp him there before he gets any momentum going, but when he gets going, he GETS going. i'm saying nerf him as a joke. the character is fundamentally broken, with the only way of balancing him removing shit or gutting shit. neither of these would be fun though, so he's staying busted. he's dante, why would he not be busted?
@@aidentheperson My fault for completely missing that this is satire, I've ran into my fair share of people who wants to get characters nerfed but then makes no effort to defend their selves/di and such. I haven't personally struggled against wraith Lord but that probably could amount to people just not taking advantage of them

Dante has no knockback scaling. Dev thinks it's a bad mechanic and people should just learn to DI
I should say though that he's intentionally got weak neutral.
