I like how mage got some good melee skill which can also knock people into projectile as well but i don't often see people use that. I think the problems maybe because i don't owned the games.
My first day was pretty smooth. I only played a single online match and I did get destroyed at the end but I could do some stuff. The rest was messing around in singleplayer.
@@aleskips6838 That's asides the point. Firstly, it wouldn't make sense to quit because "the games are long" when the entire game is turn based. You're pretty much agreeing to sacrifice some time whenever you play. It's far more likely that people quit because they lost neutral and/or are at a health disadvantage. Basically robbing the opponent out of a game. Most people boot up Yomi because they want to play a game to it's entirety, not have their game end 1/3 in because some guy can't handle the idea of losing.
So glad I haven’t encountered any toxic players saying racist or similar things in the chat yet. I’m a bit worried about that happening when this game gets more popular.
I really don't get Cowboy. Wizard and Ninja get abilities that make sense for their class names, but Cowboy seems to mostly get abilities that make more sense on the other two classes. Namely, the sword (ninja's use small swords/daggers but a melee weapon would make more sense for ninjas) and Teleport (which is absolutely a Wizard-y ability). Not hating on any of the classes, just saying Cowboy's moveset doesn't make much sense. Other than the six-shooter. The six shooter makes perfect sense for Cowboy, shame there's no way to reload. Though, if they were to give Cowboy the ability to reload, I'd say it should come with a price. Either make them stand still for a few turns and make them vulnerable to attack while reloading, or just make reloading cost a LOT of meter (which would be useful since it's kind of hard to spend meter as Cowboy, what with their one super move being super close range).
Thank God there's no reload, Cowboy is already the strongest character overall IMO. Depending on which range you are in once he pulls the revolver out, you basically gotta gamble on if you're going to risk taking a considerable frame disadvantage or take damage and be shot again or combo'd. That wouldn't be a problem were if temporal bullet didn't exist, or maybe it's just a me problem, idk.
@@mateusbazilio205 It's a you problem, quick draw revolver requires aim meaning that it's easy to just dash away, the bullets also travel instantly meaning that all blocks result in parries, and it's EXTREMELY EASY TO BLOCK A BULLET. Because even by the time your block runs out, the temporal bullet is still gonna wait for like 3 or 5 turns. Quick draw is basically a desperate attempt to kill somebody at long range, or a combo finisher for a desperate attempt to do more damage.
