Hi Dan, very nice video. I was looking for this info because I own a GF-G30-V2 and bought the new V3 inner basket. I was wondering how this thing would work without an top filter plate. Now I see that the hose is curled into the basket. Your tip with the old top plate with sparging is also very welcome. I will try this the next brew. Also the mill is very interesting. Good video.
