Distilling with the Grainfather G40 to make an American Whiskey

Watch Dan’s take on an American whiskey using the ‪@GrainfatherAllGrainBrewing‬ G40 brewing system and turning it into a pot still by using the Grainfather Alembic Dome and condenser attachment kit to attach the ‪@StillSpirits89‬ alembic copper condenser. Follow Dan go through the entire distillation process from start to finish. The blended cuts came together very well and the flavours had a well rounded balance of bready malt with hints of dried fruit. He's looking forward to seeing how this whiskey will progress after 6 months to 3 years, if he can wait that long!!
