I don't get why Freiburger and Finnegan don't just ditch Motortrend and start their own Roadkill UA-cam channel. It would be so popular and we would finally get to watch these two like the good old days......
The new Mazdaratti is cool but it's just not the same. I get why you went with the combo you did but the boat headers and the v8 sitting in the bed and the bed being on it made the original Mazdaratti cool in my book.

Maybe for less drag, place the inter coloolers in front of the wheels at an angle? Would aesthetically look pleasing, but been a long time watcher for 8+ years so happy to see u guys back!!!!
I can't believe I've not seen anyone else do this before now. I had a hairbrain idea to do this with a 3.8L/4T combo out of a W-body GM car (Grand Prix, Olds Intrigue, etc.). To keep things light and fun, a simple tube frame. Never got out of the pencil drawing stage.
David, Its your Pedal. Check for frayed wires right at the Terminal Pins. I've got the same issue right now on my ls3 Nova. Gun it, then dead pedal. I have to disconnect battery for it to come back.
Glad you changed to adding an intercooler… wish it had been one good unit mounted at a 45* off the bed frame rails or something rather than like a set of KC off road lights though 😂
Great to see Roadkill on UA-cam again, but the episode seems a bit rushed to me... I don't know why, but there is not the same vibe as the old ones. Maybe it's just because there is no roadtrip with the janky car involved.

yup. in this case im thinking it might be the e-throttle system... but having low voltage can cause tons of weird issues. Its kind of like having a bad ground-it'll show up in the most random places
yeah stock ecu does not like voltage swings on the dbw throttle/pedal. ironically it would have codes stored if they weren't all disabled. 100% the same issue causing WOT when they crank it up.
It makes me so happy to see this series make a return. I missed this so much.
