(EP. 104) STOP NETWORKING OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE (EP. 104)
Networking allows individuals and organizations to share knowledge, resources, and opportunities. By building relationships with others in your field, you not only gain valuable insights and information, but you also open the door to potential partnerships and collaborations.
But it's not just about what you can gain from networking, it's also about what you can offer. In a parallel environment, your value lies in your ability to bring something unique to the table. Whether it's a specific skill set, experience, or resources, offering value to those you are networking with is key to building strong and lasting connections.
So how can you make the most out of networking in a parallel environment? First, identify your strengths and what you can contribute to others. Then, be intentional and strategic about who you connect with. And finally, always follow through on your commitments and maintain genuine relationships.
In conclusion, networking in parallel environments is crucial for both personal and professional growth. By offering value and building strong relationships, you can unlock endless opportunities for success. Thank you for watching and remember, never underestimate the power of networking.

Intro song: @xaroc__ - Pledge of Allegiance
Yall gotta get back to the original intro. Use to be lit when the song came on lol
Jalon said no opinions. Lol
Network regardless of the league you’re in, you never know, you can end up connecting the right two people together even if your not the main character and benefit greatly from it.
I’ve always believed that everyone should put lots of time into SYNTAX! Jalon is spot on when he speaks in terms of how you “Craft Conversation.”
No matter if you are networking up or down if you are able to package a conversation thats appealing you can network in any capacity. Knowledge is currency and Information is power!
Keep the great content coming fellas! ✨💪🏾
“It’s giving grown.. it’s giving substance …it’s respect” forsure!!!
Cause heavy on people asking “who’s that!?” When you’re in the room. 1000%!!!! Great episode! 🙏🏾✨
One of y’all’s best episodes !!!!
Love the Content fellas 🤞🏿💪🏿🙏🏿
Phenomenal Topic…This Is Something That I Never Hear Discussed…It’s Just Something That People Say You Have To Do. Well Done Fellas👌🏾
Such a timely topic for me. I appreciate this one fr.
This episode was such a good one!!
Every episode is always right on time! Thank you for having another incredible conversation👏
Pens and papers for this one guy’s!
It is a gift to remember one’s name. I’m a work in progress. Great episode!
Lots of jewels dropped in this episode. Thats why yall are the GOATS
Right on time! ❤ Networking has always been challenging for me. Despite my impressive education and work experience, my introverted nature often makes it difficult to connect with others. While my friends might describe me as approachable, professionally, I am focused and serious about my career path. Additionally, my time in the military has instilled a sense of guardedness in me, which can sometimes be misinterpreted as disinterest. I need that Omar confidence 😂 “WHO DAT” 19:30 c’mon Duke with the mind reading! Jalon you hitting the nail on the head with this one ! Thank yall fellas
Hey fellas I did this several times I got a couple no but I did feel a certain way but I took on the chin and kept pushing and actually got some bigger guest on the show. Great topic
Literally sent this to like three different group chats yesterday, the convo was amazing. 1) I do also like the other intro a little more 😅 and 2) I lowkey feel like you guys began to stray away form how you were doing things before, but it feels like you’re back and better. Cheers to more great content and success!
“Don’t take it personal” was amazing advice!
This was such a valuable episode and necessary convo, per usual. This info isn’t as easily accessible to our community. So thank y’all
Always on time when it comes your podcasts 🙏
Good episode guys! You all contributed well and made great comments. It really looks everyone is authentically them selves.
Conversation was definitely needed, necessary and impactful! Never fails, y’all keep it nice and neat 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽!!!
As a shy person this was helpful
I like this one fellas, proper advice. Def took a lot from the convo 🙏🏾
It’s 06:17am in Cape Town, South Africa 🇿🇦, I’m listening to you guys while getting ready for the day.
Thank you for the episode 🙏🏾
Not even finished yet but I love the advice. Don’t come on too strong make them see the value collaborating
Great episode fellas! 🫡
Literally have to network in 4 hours at a convention. This is sooo on time
“Letting someone feel smart” man they’ll end up being your best (networker)
Allot of value in this episode.
Love the pod thank you for all the knowledge… just had an idea for the pod because I work in a probation department. A lot of the youth we serve struggle to me because of lack of a healthy father figure. Was wondering if yall could do a pod on that because i think it would be beneficial to the youth. Especially with yall being new fathers to i think it would be a dope topic. Because a lot of us grown men and young men look up to yall. Peace & Love
Great episode now I know what to say to y’all when Im ready to come on the show 😂
This topic was needed
Even the person that looks “smarter” than you, has something to learn, and something they can learn from YOU! If you feel like oh they’re smarter than me, they aren’t!! They just might just be confident. Ever had a convo with someone you thought was smarter than you and they were dumb?😂😂
Been here since 1k 🥺🫶
I'm not sure there's a right place to network. you could be closing doors on good networks or opportunities at places you deem not a good place of network. for instance the gym; here is a place where we usually meet indoors sometimes almost half dress so obviously a convo from there got into consideration nothing materialistic because you don't even know if the person you interacting with drives a Range or an RR until you step outside.
