Endometriosis क्या है? (What is Endometriosis ?)
Endometriosis Uterus(गर्भाशय ) में होने वाली समस्या है। जिसमें endometrium (Uterus की अंदर की lining जिसे endometrium कहा जाता है) Tissues में असामान्य बढ़ोतरी होने लगती है और वह गर्भाशय से बाहर फैलने लगते है। कभी-कभी तो Endometriosis की परत गर्भाशय की बाहरी परत के अलावा अंडाशय (ovary) , आंतो और अन्य प्रजनन अंगो (Reproductive Organs) तक भी फ़ैल जाती है।
Symptoms Of Endometriosis -
Endometriosis का सबसे मुख्या लक्षण होते है -
- Pain
- Infertility
कैसे पता चलेगा कि आपको endometriosis है?
- Painful Periods (dysmenorrhea) सबसे सामान्य लक्षण है। ये लक्षण आपको ज्यादातर २५ - ३५ age की महिलाओंमे पाया जा सकता है।
अगर आपको ये symptom है तो आपको आपके डॉक्टर से consult करना चाहिए आपके डॉक्टर सोनोग्राफी / Ultrasound करेंगे उसमेसे, ये सोनोग्राफी detail में करना जरूरी है।
- शादी के बाद अगर बच्चा नहीं होता है तो आपके डॉक्टर आपको लेप्रोस्कोपी करते है तब एंडोमेट्रिओसिस diagnose हो सकता है।
- आपको सम्बन्ध बनाते वक्त दर्द हो सकता है।
ये सारे सामान्य लक्षण है endometriosis के और अगर आपको ये लक्षण दीखते है तो आपको डॉक्टर को जरूर consult करना चाहिए।

Sir I just went for baseline scan on 3rd day of menses because I was not able to conceive since 4-5 months of trying and got to know that an oval cyst with homogeneous low level internal echoes , measuring 2.7*0.8cm is there in right ovary and a small subcentimetric cystic focus , measuring 8.6*8.4mm is seen in left ovary. Also it is written in the reports that bilateral likely endometriotic cystic foci in ovaries(one in each). But I don’t have any pain, I am not bleeding heavily. Please suggest

Hello sir last year i got digonsed with endometriosis around 2cm in both ovaries after n took dienogest for 6months after that tried for pregnancy two months then size started incresing little bit but after taking homeopathy medicine for cyst for 15days had severe pain in lower abdomen.
