Ultrasound यह काफी महत्वपूर्ण investigation है और यह period miss होने के ७-१० दिन में किया जाता है तब आपका ५ हफ्ता होता है। प्रेगनेंसी का ultrasound यह vaginal ultrasound होता है। इसमें sonography probe vagina के अंदर डाला जाता है जो काफी safe होता है।
प्रेगनेंसी के शुरुवाती ultrasound में हमे gestational sac दिखाई देता है और उसके बाजुमें decidual reaction दिखाई देता है और इसके अंदर yolk sac दिखाई देता है। Yolk sac यह स्वस्थ प्रेगनेंसी का पहला चिन्ह होता है। इसे embryo को nutrition मिलता है और बच्चे के अवयव बनाने केलिए सेल्स का निर्माण करता है। इसका average size 2 से 6 mm रहना चाहिए। अगर ५वे हफ्ते में आपको yolk sac नहीं दीखता तो आपको एक और हफ्ता रुकना जरुरी होता है। अगर ६वे हफ्ते पर भी yolk sac नहीं दीखता तो उसे anembryonic pregnancy कहा जाता है जिसे abort करना पड़ता है।
Yolk sac नहीं दिखना यह काफी rare है और अच्छे ultrasound में यह दीखताही है। Yolk sac यह काफी महत्वपूर्ण है जिससे आपके पूरी प्रेगनेंसी को काफी अच्छा support मिल सकता है।

I am now advised to stop Prostium. And my doctor didnot mention about other medications. When I called his clinic his junior doctor advised me to continue taking Dusphaston and Ecosprin. Wysolone was not advised. Doctor, I want to know if it is ok not continuing Wysolone?
