Went to various doctors all they told me was oh its just hormonal imbalance and stop exaggerating your pain until last month when I started bleeding heavily felt like living in a blood pool and excruciating pain when a doctor finally diagnosed endometriosis. 1) Which doctor do you consult. I mean which specialist before taking the supliments?. All I have met so far are gynecologists and ayurvedic and homeopathic practitioners. None of them suggested this kind of tests. Coud you please help me?

It’s very challenging thing to have. The first couple days of the cycle be the most painful at times. But I learn the more you eat antioxidants and anti inflammatory foods and herbs it definitely reduces the symptoms.
I learn that to living in colder climates makes it works. It has to be warm weather for me. The cold just intensifies the pain.
Herbs I recommend is Red raspberry leaf red clover and ginger definitely helps with pain and detoxing the uterus

Thank you so much for this. I have the same deficiencies that my doctor told me what iron supplement did you use? I seem to not be having good luck with the ones he has recommended. He recommended me to use vitamin C along with it for absorption. I hope that you have a very blessed and wonderful healing process, I believe that the endometriosis is caused from a genetic mutation leading to extra estrogen buildup and the detox pathway is not being able to work correctly. I have simillar experience with all you mentioned and also few things more. But it really helped me, I had for several month so heavy pains that I couldn´t sleep, but after three months of regime it got better and than better...but I couldn´t work for some time. I cost quite a lot, and also sustaining all that cost a lot, so first you need to escape circle of pain to be able to work, otherwise you can not invest in anything, it is quite sad, that convetional medicine is not supporting people with alternative soft and slow way like this finantially, because I think the biggest problem are actually the money, otherwise all women would go for this.

Does walking and exercises help during periods too in case you are suffering from endometriosis pain?
Yes it does. Try moving during your periods too, however much you feel comfortable with, and your body is comfortable with. Don’t push yourself. I like to do a bit of yoga and walk around the house, however if I’m not up for it and I don’t push my body and let it rest 💛💛

Hi, thank you so much for your appreciation, means a lot. I used to do a lot of strenuous exercises like functional training etc, however I did have to slow down. Do yoga, also do watch my video with my physiotherapist. They work with people who play sports. That should help you in any case. If your profession is of an athlete, it would benefit you a lot. And on the days you are not playing or training, let you body rest - do yoga on those days 💛

Hello mam...very informative video.....I m having endometriosis since 2016 and it's almost 6 years now.....have done 2 laproscopic surgeries, 1 IVF which is failed. But the condition is still pathetic ,during periods I m having severe pain below left abdomen...can't even eat anything for 3 days , if take something I just vomit......I just remain in bed for almost 4 days with pain killers...
Not having babies almost 6 years of marriage completed..always remain depressed only because of this pain.....this chronic pain has made my life like hell.....daily I search about endometriosis in net only....
How to make my life normal...I want to live more and wants to enjoy my life ,wants to come out of this pain?

Hi, to all of u suffering from this, first sorry and secondly I have a life saving home made recipe, i take it to reduce my weight and boommmmm, that month I had zero pain in my period ,even I had diagnosed high level of endometriosis, I was a merical for me,at night ,take 1 table spon of fenugreek seeds, I table of cinnamon, I lemon ( not too big)and one small finger size ginger , boil them all in 2 glass of water , when one left ,cove and keep all night and then in morning mix with one liter of water take this when u thirsty or four time by taking one glass, after one month it will prove best ever solutio , thanks

How long u took to undo endo
it almost took me two years. But please note that I did not have anyone to guide me as such. I think therefore it took me so much more time. I mean it definitely takes time to heal as it takes many years to develop into something so big

Research seed cycling they use flaxseed in this. Seed cycling helps balance hormones etc
flax seeds are high in oestrogen, the same hormone which is already in excess in our body and causing endo. Would recommend to have more of all other seeds
You can also avoid supplements too like you siad that u take iron supplements with vit C but I think you can eat food containing iron with amla juice for vit C

Hi, recently I have been diagnosed with a 5 cm chocolate cyst or endometrioma in my right overy. You need to understand that this particular kind of cyst never reduces, it can be stopped from growing further only by medication. Because this cyst is made from the retrograde of menstrual blood so the period needs to be stopped at the first place to prevent the cyst grow. There is a medicine called VISANNE that my Gynecologist prescribed, the pain has almost gone after taking for 2-3 months in my case and other symptoms also. Hi, I did shrink my cyst to an extent. Treatment for fibroids is separate. Symptomatically I am much much better now. I am working on fibroids now. I am healing everyday.

yes but I don't push myself during my periods. I do as much as my body allows, even if its just some deep breathing exercises :) Try doing some pelvic opening exercises and some hip stretches on non period days.

How is flax seeds madam
flax seeds are high in oestrogen, the hormone which is already high in women with endometriosis. I would recommend to have all other seeds except this maybe.

But this is part of dairy right. It is made up of milk.
Also in how much time you have reduced your cyst & by how much by following this diet.
@@meenalbansal3824 yes, however just read online. The process of making ghee removes almost all the dairy part from it unless you have an allergy towards it then don’t consume. But for Endo girls it’s absolutely fine!
@@meenalbansal3824 I’ll have to check exactly how much time but I think a year and a half. It was due to the diet and many other changes I made.

I have endometriosis. With yoga it reduced. also I took Himalayan evecare tablet (not promoting ask your doctor before u start) I had so much pain vomitting, could not work for two days but now I am fine with simple pain killer.
