If you know anybody doing a paid ski or an order question this week tell him some guys out in South Jersey Have a decent club venue to put on a record release show for Hell's headbangers re-releasing mortal Decay debut album on vinyl, in Atlantic City and This would be a hometown show of sorts for the boys in mortal and a good opportunity to sell a shit ton of records to the local crowd who's been following this band for the past 30 years here in South Jersey. I used to talk to Johnny but I haven't been able to get in touch with them lately I think he's got some personal shit he's dealing with but Kelly was the singer on sickening erotic anyway but I guess it's all really up to Anthony everybody knows he's the shot caller. in the mortal decay camp.

Chiropractic adjustments do help but the dawg is right, if you aren't better in 3 months, it's not working. I have had motorcycle wrecks, injuries from working out and martial arts and the adjustments have kept me in the game, on my bike and kicking @ss and I am older than the dawg.

I broke my neck and fractured my skull (causing some brain damage)but I survived. Doctors of course tell me I'll never ride a bike again, yeah it was hard. But that was in 2021, Im back on my BMX daily which is amazing. Now being in 3 bands and not being able to physically headbang ever again is the only real bummer....and not being able to work manual labor anymore at the speed needed to keep a manual labor job... I was all about starting, "HARD AS SCHNELL CONCRETE COMPANY"..
Im back on my bike, I can't fully look to the left but just pushing thru the daily pain can be tough but honestly Medical Marijuana saved my life in so many ways. But a 10mg edible, and Im all loose and it doesn't even feel like I had that injury even... but then some days I might fall asleep weird and I can barely move my head at all. The scary thing with my injury even though I had a helmet on, that wasn't even close to my first head injury as Ive been riding bmx bikes since 1995. But the doctors did tell me one more head injury and your dead. I get sketchy at shows sometimes when people start stage diving as im not trying to die by a 120lb kid with Chucks accidentally kicking me in the head. I just stand a bit off to the side depending on the venue. Now to quote a band I know you would hate, "Life Is Hard, Be Harder". I took that lyric and put it into my physical therapy and Im about as strong as I was prior to the crash which is one of the reasons Im not paralyzed to begin with. I was in such good shape when I wrecked my muscles honestly saved my ass along with having a helmet on. But life is crazy, its frustrating when I get stuck in a sentence, or realize I was being a jerk to someone a day after as I forget stuff sometimes in like 30 second intervals.. But sorry for the story, just if your doctor ever tells you that "YOULL NEVER DO ECT AGAIN" tell them to shut up and prove them wrong. Im sure its some motivation trick, or like not making a promise so you won't sue or something idk. But can't wait for the Carcass tape and Exhumed/Hemdale split I ordered from HHB this weekend!
