Thankful for neurosurgeons who are on call. I was rushed into an emergent shunt revision at 15, and I remember the surgeon jogging/walking quickly down the hall next to my stretcher.
She did my surgery and she is totally amazing at what she does! I grew up with her grandmother as my mom's co-worker and friend and went to school with her mom, and her aunts. Just an amazing family all the way around!
