I am one of the nurses that works with Dr. Webb. I enjoy working with him! He communicates with his team! He always checks in at the beginning of the day to see if we have questions or concerns. This makes days smoother if the team can anticipate his needs. The less I run for supplies during cases the more I am present in the room. I can text him my questions and concerns, and I can keep him posted on what's going on regarding operating room times, patient issues, etc. An approachable surgeon is always appreciated as a nurse. I am honored to be a part of this team and hospital.

As a nightshift nurse, I appreciate how respectful you are to those who need to call you...I wish all docs who are ON CALL would be more thankful for us who love to work nights, instead of treating us like we're a bother when they're admitting chronic pain patients that THEY performed surgery on. Hahaha sorry for the long comment...but I just appreciate your expertise, Dr. Webb.

Seeing and hearing about a doctor that takes the time to communicate with his team is amazing! I have worked with some doctors that didnt do this and it made it much harder on the team to work as efficiently as possible. I am a Dietitian and practicing APC that works in a few high acuity settings one being a pediatric center and I primarily have Tube Feed and TPN patients so having a doctor that is attentive and available is amazing for me and our team to get the best care to our patients! Big kudos to you doc!

I have a very terrible disc herniation in my lower right side, failed PT, Failed Pain Medication, and I now have a back Injection which is helping drastically! Zero pain, although it was slowly healing by itself already. Watched this to better understand some things in my spine!
    Appreciate it!

Your videos continue to actually help me be a better Physical Therapist, because I am usually seeing your demographic of patients either right before or right after their surgeries. Improving my understanding of what happens during the actual surgery helps me educate my patients better on their situations, and provide more directed interventions to help them with their pain.
