Great vid bro, can you compile sr and ssr together and make the tier list separate between pve n pvp (i think some character will be tier s on pve and doing bad on pvp).
What does the good neighbor bond mean. Is it damage to all or just animals. And is it a max damage of 40%

Great video as always wing!! Just a quick question,5 Star Sarah or 3 star strong as tank?
As a tank, I personally would probably still stick with Strong despite only being 3 stars, just because I find Strong bring more to the table. Again, thats just my opinion, I would suggest testing them out and see which work best with your team.

Hi :) Between Piper and Sarah, I would say they are both great in their own ways. Perk wise, Sarah has better perks, but I personally find Piper's ability more useful for PvP.
I see you mentioned that you are currently running Piper, MacCready and the Zetan (Alien) both work greatly with her, but again, I personally believe the Zetan can benefit more from Piper's ability.

I don't agree with you about alien not in the s tier
He is the best at guildboss especially with crit attachments
He can even out damaged other ssr on guildboss

Should I invest on Cade? I got Father Clifford though.. Rng sucks ;-; was hoping to get Madison or any good Rad remover.
If you don’t have any Rad remover, use Cade and start collect posters for Doctor Li through the Institute vendor. Use Father Clifford for PvP.

Sorry, if you are referring to a global release, then I honestly have no clue, but I hope this will reach the rest of the world at some point. If you are located in Southeast Asia, the game should be available in your Appstore.

Fallout Shelter Online is a completely separate game from the original Fallout Shelter, so yes, hope you enjoy the game :)
i only thing i hate about fallout shelter online is that they have bigger content, different mechanics, and different characters compared to the original fallout shelter.
I've played for a while it's gets really annoying with the missions and upgrading

I'll have to disagree with Amari. She sounds good on paper but if you use her she sucks soo baaad. On top of that you can't farm her posters.

I think you overrated Amari. While her perks look interesting, you'll find that they're way weaker when you actually use her. The amount of Rad damage she absorbs is hardly enough to make her damage reduction noticeable and she's not that good at removing Rads from allies either, only herself and even Allie heals more than her. Also, the single source of Rad in PvP is Mother Isolde. Amari is useless in PvP.
I agree with you, first of all, I did say I want to put her somewhere between A and B tier. PvE wise, I think she is pretty good, obviously not as good as Doctor Li.
I also stated what you basically said in terms of rads in PvP, which is why I said she is just ok in PvP.
@@WingJ I think she should've been between B and C, lower than Curie.
PvP wise, yes I think I would as well, but given I have to consider from both PvE and PvP, and she is able to remove rads for her team, I still feel she deserve somewhere between the A and B tier.
