Reiner was able to pick up the titan because they're lighter than they appear. Hange mentions that when she's talking to Eren about her research. She punts a titan head!
Doesn't that only happen when they are decapitated?
Like the body part only becomes lighter once they cut it off? I don't think that's ever specified. I don't see why that would happen but I'm only speculating.
Actually they say that it's maybe because they are formed out of thin air (like when Eren changes).
They are all lighter than they seems, ans that's why they can move/climb/run. That doesn't mean they are light tho

Because a head off the ground can be kicked but remember the episode where Jean's gear was busted and Conny slammed into a titan head to distract it from eating Jean. If it was as light, then the force of Conny's body would have caused the head to move. But again, that is how I saw it. I could be wrong
