con't There are always three possibilities when making a diagnosis. 1) possesion (spiritual) 2) physical or mental problem (human condition) 3) a combination of the two Case #1 can only be helped by deliverance. Case #2 can only be helped by traditional medical means Case #3 requires both. Oppression would fall in the first category, as the problem can not be rectified with traditional methods, but requires spiritual healing and attention.
I have a problem that's plagued me for years. The priest says, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I command you to tell me... [when you will release this person, or what sign will show that you are gone]..." Also, jins are demons.

There is no magic in the church, only the power of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. With our Lord with us, who can stand against us? No one. I don't know if u got an answer about Catholics and idol worship, but it's def true. They pray to Mary which is not biblical. Mary herself said to only give glory to Jesus. You should not pray to anyone but God. The Bible also says u should call only your biological dad and God "father". It also says not to confess your sins to any man for forgiveness, but repent to the Lord. All the statues and praying to angels is wrong as well. Not to mention the pope getting praised more than God himself.

But in this case, the word "pray" is still in use to mean "petition." It's especially used in courts and in older forms of Christian worship. I don't know if u got an answer about Catholics and idol worship, but it's def true. They pray to Mary which is not biblical. Mary herself said to only give glory to Jesus. You should not pray to anyone but God. The Bible also says u should call only your biological dad and God "father". It also says not to confess your sins to any man for forgiveness, but repent to the Lord. All the statues and praying to angels is wrong as well. Not to mention the pope getting praised more than God himself.
Your argument is based on egocentric assumptions. Namely, that everything is now as it always was....even if the meanings of words change over time. But in this case, the word "pray" is still in use to mean "petition." It's especially used in courts and in older forms of Christian worship. Newer forms of Christianity discarded the meaning of "petition," and altered the word to mean exclusively "worship."

Mary cannot pray for you. She's dead. Yes her spirit is in heaven, but a pastor is alive. You make it seem the same. You're not to communicate with the dead which is what you're doing by praying to Mary. Show me where in the Bible it says to pray to her or ask her to pray for you. You can't. So your talk of her prayers being more powerful are completely unbiblical. Yes she was a pure woman and deserves respect, but not praise like you're saying. I was taught biblical truth not bias.
