@Boz Scaggs it is all internal, there will likely never be evidence. Also spiritual experiences can lead to mental illness (by way of evil Manipulating your energy and moods, they do this because they feed from your aura), which in turn leads to no one believing your spiritual accounts.
@Boz Scaggs You put words into my mouth, assume to know my opinions, then ask me a question and say you pity me if my answer is what you say it is. You need help, turn to the bible.
@Boz Scaggs I said it was internal, as in a personal experience, which will likely never be observable by others. Many things are not observable by humans, or weren’t and then they were. That doesn’t mean they don’t exist, or only exist once observed. You assume that I am spiritual because I fear torture, that is putting words in my mouth based on your negative opinion of religion. You say I admit I no have no rational reason to believe in god, yet I do. I have had spiritual experiences, just because they weren’t observed by you doesn’t mean they are invalid to me. So yet again you are putting words in my mouth. Your arguments are weak, you are narcissistic, fearful, ignorant and full of anger. So I reiterate, you need help, turn to the bible.
@Boz Scaggs There is actually evidence of the supernatural world with quantum mechanics- ua-cam.com/video/wM0IKLv7KrE/v-deo.html Something called the "proto-soul" most likely exists around us. A very brave priest. Reminds me of a story my parish priest in college told about his mentor, who'd been ordained in New Mexico in the late 1940s. This priest's first parish was with an older priest in a pretty rural area, with a lot of big ranches. One of their parishioners was a rancher, and he told the older priest he thought one of his workers was possessed. This ranch hand refused to wear clothes or come back to their quarters to sleep and he would kill the sheep he was supposed to be guarding and eat them. This always reminds me of Fulton Sheen's admonition that two sure signs of possession are obsessions with nudity and death, and how one of the demoniacs healed by Jesus was found naked in the tombs, but I digress. The two priests traveled out to the ranch and sure enough, found the man calmly sitting naked at a little campsite he'd made for himself. None of the other workers dared to go near him. Rather than recoiling at the sight of the two priests, he just sat there, calmly, and the priests asked him his name, and he responded with this unnatural, still voice. The older priest, knowing the trick Fr. Lampert describes, asked him a question in Spanish. Now, this was someone with almost no education, someone barely literate in his own language, English. But he responded in perfect Spanish. Maybe that's not so amazing, surely he worked with Mexicans on the ranch, you might say. So the priest asked him a different question, in French this time. The response came in French. Then in German. Finally the priest asked a question in Latin, and the man responded in Latin. Eventually, of course, the man was exorcised and he was fine, but stories like these should always make us wary of how the devil is working at us in subtler ways, and you don't have to look far to see the impact he's having on our world. St. Michael the Archangel, pray for us!
I am skeptical about your witness of a possessed person. It’s not likely. But demons often influence and harass vulnerable people which is very common.
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." - Ephesians 6:12
No.. "exorcism" is a manifesting of demons. It never says the demons leave the person who is "exorcised". Notice that only some priests are truly saved as well. They by-and-large are run the clergy hierarchy. Very few Christians are saved in catholicism.. most have to convert out of catholicism.
Sometimes if a patient goes through a deliverance or exorcism, the mental illness disappears. It was a mask the demon was hiding behind. I've had this experience with a couple of my patients.
@Girl About Town yes that happened to me too. I had depression for 2 years, bpd traits and had sertraline and other meds but the instant I asked Jesus to help me with my burden I was restored and slowly took control of my life. Praise the Lord.
Linda, could not also the person performing the deliverance of exorcism have operating in the Gift of Healing from 1 Corinthians 12, to have healed the mental illness through the power of Jesus? After they went through an exorcism, all the symptoms of the mental illness disappeared. The reason you don't hear about it is because the medical field has to follow HIPPA regulations which protect the privacy of the patient. The Church has to also protect the patient's privacy. Demonic possession and exorcisms are not widely accepted because there is ZERO evidence of a sufficient standard - not just according to me - but according to any peak medical body in the developed world. I was in the same situation at the house I just moved from , we said prayers , tried to ignore it , tried to live with it , so we invited a medium and determined it was attached to one of us..so of course things kept being weird/odd all around the house. When I was twenty (I am 60 now) I was delivered from among others a critical spirit. I was not possessed, but this spirit would constantly insinuate criticisms into my thoughts. I was an evangelical Christian in a charismatic church. I did not have the eucharist or mass, at that time. Believers in Christ simply told the demons to get out. It was a profound experience for me. Afterward, I was not hungry and was very sleepy for two days. I no longer had that critical voice in my head. I'm not sure how I got this spirit, I did have many scary experiences as a small child with an angry father. The important thing to know is demons are not the adversary of God. God is not threatened by Satan. Satan is our adversary, not God's. Christ defeated Satan on the cross, for our sake. If you are troubled by demons ask God to help you and he will.

I agree with Fr. Lampert. It's difficult to find the professionals (either psychiatrics or psychologists or medical doctors) who are open to the possibility that what they are facing is not a mental problem but a spiritual problem
In my experience, any experience with the supernatural absolutely and totally wrecks your mental health. Who you gonna tell? Who’s gonna believe you? If it’s real, more so it’s just real to you and no one else. It’s a wild catch 22
And when he talks about mental health professionals not being able to fully account for some phenomenon... They can't fully account for almost any phenomenon that's why we have ongoing research.

Having studied cult and ritual abuse, it is important to distinguish Dissociative Identity Disorder from demonic possession. In cases of extreme abuse, one's personality can split to such a degree that it is like having one or more personalities that are not aware of one another. So, one can mistake demonic presence from a personality that split to survive terrible violence. When one treats the personality split like a demon then greater harm may happen, so the collaboration between the Church and mental health professional is crucial. Furthermore, in cases of cult and ritual abuse, or priestly sexual abuse, religious imagery and sacramentals are sometimes used in the abuse so the sacred object becomes associated with the trauma and abuse, so an extreme response to something religious may not be demonic but a trauma trigger. Again, this is another reason why one can mistake psychological symptoms for demonic symptoms.
Dude if you read their literature they are one in the same...cia, fbi, lucifierian cults all know that your brain shatters after you've reached your peak of abuse. Then all those organizations conjure demons to be gate keepers of other personalities.
My point is that the literature says they are not the same. For the most part, peer reviewed sources do not hold a world view that allows for spiritual, rational, malicious creatures bent upon the destruction of humanity, but for those who do, practice and the limited literature attest that DID and demonic possession are not the same. In fact, the ritual of exorcism performed upon those with DID who are not possessed harms them. Such harm has a long history.
@@MrMarkmill I'm curious how you've come to this conclusion? Could you point to Catholic magisterial teaching on the notion that "all mental illness is demonic in nature", or some peer-reviewed sources? Depending upon the mental illness, some may not be healed in this lifetime, but certainly people can learn to live with their mental illnesses. I'm considering two well researched and reputable peer-reviewed sources that disagree with you; first, the following: “Throughout history, Christians sometimes recognised mental illness for what it is; they loved and prayed for the sick, and cared them at home, in the parish and in the first mental health institutions established by religious orders. But at other times they misunderstood psychological disorder as diabolical possession or moral failure, and applied remedies that were far from helpful. (citing Cf. H. Koenig & D. Larson, “Religion and mental health: Evidence for an association,” International Review of Psychiatry 13(2) (2009), 67-78). Second, the catechism which perhaps implies what Koenig and Larson are referring to: "“Christians led the way in providing mental health institutions and services. But sometimes they shared in the widespread ignorance and prejudice towards the mentally ill and suicides. Nowadays the Church understands that “Grave psychological disturbances, anguish or fear… can diminish the responsibility of the one committing suicide” (CCC 2282). Perhaps the "ignorance and prejudice" to which the Church is referring are notions like you have presented: "that all mental illness is demonic in nature." Also, the Church, in Her wisdom, has mental health professionals involved in a team for the rite of Exorcism. It explicitly teaches that not all mental illness is demonic in nature, so this praxis also points to the fact that you are incorrect. I'm open to your sources however.

I incorporated some recommendations by exorcist, Father Chad Ripperger. When I was living in a cabin where apparently Satanic rituals had been performed, a lot of weird things were happening. While none of us were actively possessed, I believe we were dealing with obsession from the devil on various levels. Getting 4 St. Benedict medals blessed with the exorcism prayers, and putting them in the 4 corners of your house or property, or over doors or windows , saying the prayer to St. Michael. When my husband was experiencing sleep paralysis, Getting hit while not being able to move, seeing shadow figures, I found that sprinkling the bedding and pillows with holy water, sleeping with my rosary around my neck like a necklace cut down on this activity dramatically. Keeping a blessed candle burning all the time ( I used to place it in the sink at night which was steel). These helped us a lot.

I’ve experienced such. I’ve been deemed logical, coherent and rational by multiple different Psychological professionals. I had dealt with such attacks for a series of months. I was not Catholic at the time but became one once I discovered these things were prone to Catholic prayers. I used them to combat these attacks. I eventually went to a church and had a priest perform prayer on me with holy water. I felt the heat and pain the “demon” felt from it when it hit me. It was a burning sensation from lukewarm water. Honestly, I’ve been a skeptic about such things in my lifetime. I was blessed then to have not be in a position (of power in the church to) where my skepticism could effect others. I understand trying to keep the church respectable and creditable but I don’t believe FAITH is rooted so deeply in “reason”. Faith is not a science. Point being, I believe priest (men of the church) are here to help us whether that’s talking, calming, comforting them, praying for them or (if they are authorized to) deliver exorcisms. I believe Christ calls men to his church who’s ability to humanize is greater than their desire to be credible. I think it’s arrogant to think the devil wouldn’t understand Psychology and use mass societal skepticism to his advantage. He is not stupid, he is actually EXTREMELY intelligent. I heard a man say if God builds a church the devil builds a temple next door. Give man too many doors and he won’t know which to pick. I think skepticism in these matters are due to man’s limited ability to perceive passed skepticism to his advantage. He is not stupid, instead he believes we are. I heard a man say if God builds a church the devil builds a temple next door. I think skepticism in these matters are due to man’s limited ability to perceive passed his own narcissism. I theorize that we are not aptly equipped intellectually to understand holy and spiritual things in its totality. We are literally speculating on an existence that is of an entirely different nature. Is it anymore than feeble to believe the world is so empty of any other form of occurrence besides the ones measure by our metrics?
“The greatest trick the devil ever pulled, is convincing the world that he does not exist.” I personally have never experienced something like this…which hardly means such things do not exist. Far from it, in fact.
So sad that they have to go to a psychiatrist. How much time can that take? Also how many pshychiarists are honest enough to say its beyond their understanding?
If psych. says it is paranoid schizophrenia or dementia or something else, then a diagnosis is established and they should be able to help and hopefully see some improvement. If psych. says no DSM criteria met, then likely no mental illness. You say "So sad they have to go to a psychiatrist.". That is a good check in the process, important enough that it is part of the procedure. Being mislabled a diagnosis is a real bad thing, it's sloppy, it's malpractice, and it worsens the situation.
I've always thought that it's interesting how in the movie "The Exorcist" the little girl's possession was treated as a psychiatric issue in the beginning, and it only made the demon stronger which led to more suffering and horrific manifestations from the little girl. I think there's such a fine line and there should be like a method to quickly determine what's going on before giving someone the wrong diagnosis/treatment and doing an exorcism on someone who needs psychiatric care or viceversa.
The New Testament Greek word daimon meant spirit. Some were good, some bad. Eudaimonia meant happy spirit, blessedness, well-being. The spirited states of a person were their emotional states of mind or dispositions that dominate the person's thinking and behavior, sometimes even to the point of irrationality. The people with daimons that Jesus encountered could have had emotional and mental disorders that he cured.
Mental Health therapists use the DSM5-TR to diagnose mental health disorders. They look at their overall functioning in several domains such as social, emotional, physiological, cognitive, psychological, familial, vocational, financial, spiritual and onset and duration of symptoms. If a possessed person is able to function normally in these domains and manifests “odd” behaviors that are outside of their personality it would be the therapists responsibility to explore cultural and spiritual aspects of their life as well. Also the DSM-TR has included other considerations such as spiritual formulations such as possession.
So when trying to determine whether someone has mental illness/demonic possession if they take Holy Communion without any qualms that would indicate they are not possessed ?
My( now retired) pastor was a psychologist who held multiple high level positions in that field prior to entering the ministry. He absolutely believed in possession .
Via traumatizing events, chemical imbalance, substance abuse, physical abuse, sexual or emotional abuse, complications within the womb, injuries to the head during childhood can all lead to mental illnesses. Children that are raised with a parent who suffers from a mental disorder such as depression are 300% more likely to suffer from a mental disorder as well, most likely the same one the parent suffers from. So there are ways to prove mental disorders are caused from natural events, rather than supernatural events. However, from my understanding, there is no definite way to prove that a mental illness such as depression or psychopathy are caused via supernatural events, rather than it is based on faith and the texts of a book that was originally passed down via oral tradition, which naturally has mistranslations due to oral tradition being the worst way to pass down complex information through generations, and was written at least 30 years after Jesus' death. Mental health is a serious issue that faith and "demons" have no real conclusion towards. Real diagnosis is needed to address mental health issues and conditions, and a single diagnosis is usually not the final one. There's a lot of things here such as "what music or religious rituals do you involve yourself with?" Seems like a way to simply make someone believe what someone WANTS them to via fear tactics. If you have a mental illness or condition than you need to see a licensed psychologist professional and recieve an actual cure rather than bank on faith that has no definite proof of success.
@@joshslayer6493 I believe that demonic possession may be real but have my doubts too, I consider myself quite open minded but I question....well....everything..its quite exhausting really. I agree with your final piece there. If you have a condition then go see a licenced psychologist but would add that if that does not help then do not rule out the possibility of something else going on that science cannot explain.
Lurk Moa. Nobody can say that because a negative cannot be proved. We can say it is highly unlikely. Ask the question the other way round; Can anyone prove a mental illness is demonic possession? As with so many things the Bible gives an answer to a phenomenon only for science to shoot it down later.

The Lord activated me in Deliverance Ministry after delivering me from 27 demons. The first level of demons that I dealt with were sin demons. Now I seem to run into more demons causing mental illness. I asked the Lord why is the church having problems in this area he said to me: 1. I showed all nations the problem and how to deal with it before their knowledge increased. 2. The Church lost it's ability to deal with these demons because my Spirit was grieved at the condition of my people. 3. He then had me to study these 3 words in light of the scriptures. a. Vexed b. Torment c. greviously vexed. When I was done searching these scriptures I am thoroughly convinced we are dealing with alien spirits that are to be subject unto us. 4. My people no longer work with my power and believe in the power of my name.( Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8;) No pun intended but am I the only one noticed that the blessed priest never mentioned the Holy Ghost nor The Name of Jesus Christ.
Be careful of what "voice" you think your hearing. WE have NO power. In fact, Fr Lampert has spoken MANY times about ALL exorcisms are performed by a sinful priest (NO ONE is without sin) in persona of Christ who is the ONLY deliverer of possession, in many different videos. Any Catholic exorcist knows "power" resides ONLY with God. Your 'innocent suggestion' is protestant pride. The goal of the devil has ALWAYS been to remove the hands that consecrate the Holy Eucharist. You should think carefully about that before you do the protestant baiting. You are accountable for it.
I find no fault with this priest, having listened to him many times.Having heard the name of Jesus and the holy spirit come out of his mouth many, many times. Brother, a criticism from you is a foothold for Satan to someone new to the faith.
In New Testament not everybody possessed was mentally ill . People acted bizarre... Not everybody was speaking languages and not everybody possessed unnatural skills. They were talking crazy ...Jesus didn't reject anybody. He didn't send a person to the doctors. The priests have knowledge and recognize the signs of demons...Is obsession also going away?
This is were I differ from the Catholic church beliefs. To me, mental illness is a for of torment, a form of oppression. That still requires prayers for healing.
Not all metal/ rock music is created equal nor of one general moral merit. There is legitimately satanic “black metal” and “death metal.” Then there’s bands like Metallica, which is about the most tame dad-rock metal. Before worrying about supposed back-masking rock music with subliminal messages hidden within them, just read the regular lyrics. If a song is sexually explicit, it’s immoral but not necessarily satanic. Still not good or virtuous. The "experts" in the mental health field don't actually help people. There is no double blind study that shows that their techniques work except for cognitive behavioral therapy which is just talk therapy that a priest could learn to do as well.
The churches used to baptize their bells with holy water from the river Jordan, to prevent it being struck by lightning. Then Ben Franklin invented the lightning rod.
While that might be a superstition, it used to be common practice for everything used for a holy purpose in a church was consecrated. From vestments to altar appointments to of course sacred vessels. And bells would be consecrated as well since they would be used to mark holy moments of the day from lauds to the angelus to vespers to weddings and funerals.

@Boz Scaggs it is all internal, there will likely never be evidence.

Agreed.
I do know that demons also, "mask," I am just wondering in your opinion if there could also have been mental illness that Christ also healed them through the prayer.

Mental health patients can also be possessed. Sometimes the possession is being masked by the mental illness. A couple of my patients were. After they went through an exorcism, all the symptoms of the mental illness disappeared.
The reason you don't hear about it is because the medical field has to follow HIPPA regulations which protect the privacy of the patient. The Church has to also protect the patient's privacy. Just like a priest cannot reveal what someone told him during confession, the medical field cannot reveal information about a patient without their consent.
@@lindajnichols1628 doctors could absolutely reveal de-identified details. What you’ve just said is terribly foolish. Demonic possession and exorcisms are not widely accepted because there is ZERO evidence of a sufficient standard - not just according to me - but according to any peak medical body in the developed world.
If demonic possession was real the church would and should have an obligation to expose it and educate the world about it. They would easily be able to do this without compromising the privacy of victims either by de-identifying cases studies or by gaining the victims consent.

In Genesis, it says that God created .......and He saw that it was GOOD.
God created the Angels and gave them the freedom of choice. Part of them chose not to listen to God out of pride, this is how Satan and his demons were "created". They are the fallen angels. Evil is the ABSENCE of GOOD. The absence of good is the absence of God.
When God created Adam and Eve, humanity that is, He also gave us a choice. When they chose to listen to the serpent who was able to convince them to go against God, death, pain, illness etc came into the world. GOD is ONLY LOVE and GOODNESS.
@@gabrielcrawford8485 dude you're totally wrong..all mental illness can be healed and is all demonic in nature
Perhaps the "ignorance and prejudice" to which the Church is referring are notions like you have presented: "that all mental illness is demonic in nature."
Also, the Church, in Her wisdom, has mental health professionals involved in a team for the rite of Exorcism. It explicitly teaches that not all mental illness is demonic in nature, so this praxis also points to the fact that you are incorrect. I'm open to your sources however.
@@gabrielcrawford8485 How about that demon possession isn't real in the first place. It's pure taurine excrement used as a tool of fear and manipulation.

None. They don't want to admit the truth
If psych. says it is paranoid schizophrenia or dementia or something else, then a diagnosis is established and they should be able to help and hopefully see some improvement. If psych. says no DSM criteria met, then likely no mental illness.

The problem is there's people on both sides who doesn't believe the other side is real I am like you and believe both

My( now retired) pastor was a psychologist who held multiple high level positions in that field prior to entering the ministry. He absolutely believed in possession .
Who can, without a doubt, say that all mental illness is not demonically attributed?
@@joshslayer6493 I don't think there is any proof that chemical imbalance in the brain can be a cause for anything.
Lurk Moa. Nobody can say that because a negative cannot be proved. We can say it is highly unlikely. Ask the question the other way round; Can anyone prove a mental illness is demonic possession? As with so many things the Bible gives an answer to a phenomenon only for science to shoot it down later.
@@brianroberts5672 A negative can be proved. It's easy to prove there are no married bachelors.
What if you bless a possessed person with tap water and they scream because demons are liars?
The demons are not omniscient.
Yes they are liars, but they know when something has been blessed and when it hasn’t. They can sense it when you bring it in the room, and if it is blessed it will cause great pain to them. They are liars but they are not always the brightest beings.
It burns them…. Correction holy water which is water blessed by a priest burns them. Regular tap water would not burn them as someone else pointed out.

If a normal sort of person suddenly goes off the deep end, without any medical reason, one can assume that either they have snapped, or its possession. Possibly both. Mental illness can exist without possession and vice versa.

I have cleared a number of spaces. Manifestation is very real and can afflict location in addition to individuals. On one occasion I encountered a space where the inhabitant said things were moving and other disruptions. As soon as I began the initial prayer calling upon the archangels upon entering the space a flock of sparrows amassed above the property and swirled in a vortex. They dispersed once the space was cleared. The temperature of the space changed significantly once the space was cleared. I later learned an assisted suicide took place in the space previous to the individual who was living in the space at the time.

What about that German girl who back in the’70s who was allegedly demonically possessed? 🤔I’m a retired RN with many years of experience in mental health, and I SUSPECT she had some type of untreated schizophrenia she literally was stark-raving MAD. It’s a shame that she was never put on any psychotropic meds, like Haldol...she showed all the hallmark symptoms. I’m not a priest, but her behavior checked off all the boxes....🤷♀️I don’t know. Truly. But it does beg questions...🤨
Her name was Anneliese Michel and it was definitely a legit case of full blown demonic possession. She believed she was possessed by 6 demons. Lucifer, Cain, Judas Iscariot, Adolf Hitler, Nero and Fleischmann. There are tapes of her here on UA-cam that you can listen to as well as her story.
The meds only empower the entity because most psych meds are toxic as heck and have flourides in them. Fluoride is what Hitler used to subdue and sterilize the Jews. He put it in their drinking water
Could it not be possible for someone to be both mentally ill and demon possessed. At times it might not be a question of either or, but both could be true in a particular case. Or do demons only posses people who are mentally sound and normal?
It can be both, I'm a living witness. I know someone who has intellectual disability, formerly known as mental retardation and they are demonicaly possesed. They can not control themselves.
Yes it’s possible. I’ve heard it put this way, the demons “hide behind” the mental illness.

How do I get in touch with someone that can help evaluate my daughter? She does have mental issues but has also been involved with people in black magic that had told her she is possessed. The demonic obsession is the worst because it's all invisible and you're most at risk of looking crazy.

I thought I was possessed and displayed the 1st 3 of the 4 marks of possession but was told I'm under spiritual attack and that this is different to demonic possession. But at the same time an NAB Bible I once had states in the kind of mini catechism in the back that there is a thing called partial possession, if partial possession exists can we do a slot on that also? A priest told me partial possession doesn't exist which was contrary to the section at the back of this Bible.
If partial possession exists I probably have it but not sure I might not have it at all Can you please tell me the signs you are talking about. I would love to here Fr Vincent Lampert and his views on Bob Larson and his work?
Bob Larson does this work not sure if he is real but I think he is more so for he has done it for yrs n still goes at it!
The same Bob Larson who opened "school" for teen girls exorcists with shiny crosses? Seems like a blasphemy to me and not only for that particular reason but for many more. He's a fraud.
I don’t think Bob Larson is trustworthy.
@@andtou1342 why not?
@@beslanintruder2077 Bob does exorcisms for entertainment and he charges money, which is something that priests are not allowed to do. He also claims that he has done about 40,000 exorcisms since he started his ministry and pretends to exorcise people in a few minutes, which is unrealistic. Also, I’m not trying to be rude, but the people on his show seem to act in overly dramatic and fake ways.
As a teenager my friend and I were playing with the ouiji board and we both heard footsteps coming up my hallway. We looked up at each other and jumped into my closet. It was too small so we went out my bedroom window. It was nighttime and my mom was not yet home. We didn't go back in the house until the phone rang and we knew it was my mom calling to check on me so I had to go back thru the window. I don't remember anything else happening that night but soon after that incident I walked a friend halfway home cause we were scared at nighttime. I was alone and ran home and found my parakeet dead in the cage in my bedroom. I was not gone very long. I was always SO SCARED at that house but mom had a boyfriend and my brother had moved out so my friends would come to my house but I was alone and scared.
I heard one Priest say it's 0.5% are possessed when presenting as thinking they are possessed. Here he says 50%. What gives?
The Lord activated me in Deliverance Ministry after delivering me from 27 demons. The first level of demons that I dealt with were sin demons. Now I seem to run into more demons causing mental illness. I asked the Lord why is the church having problems in this area he said to me:
1. I showed all nations the problem and how to deal with it before their knowledge increased.
2. The Church lost it's ability to deal with these demons because my Spirit was grieved at the condition of my people.
3. He then had me to study these 3 words in light of the scriptures.
a. Vexed
b. Torment
c. greviously vexed.
When I was done searching these scriptures I am thoroughly convinced we are dealing with alien spirits that are to be subject unto us.
4. My people no longer work with my power and believe in the power of my name.( Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8;)
No pun intended but am I the only one noticed that the blessed priest never mentioned the Holy Ghost nor The Name of Jesus Christ.
Brother, a criticism from you is a foothold for
Satan to someone new to the faith.

There is a very fine line but the two are different.
what type of music do you listen to xD
There’s demonic music like heavy metal people should not lisent.
If a band is boasting about going to hell or serving satan, well, that’s what they’re about then; no need for tabloid-y intrigue of rumors of behind-the-scenes occultic activities like it’s something super earth shattering; they’re just proud of their evil.
Pretty straightforward.
@Harry Waddington depends on its sounding and lyrical content

A King James Bible next to you helps because the language is so commanding/ Old English you see. Latin is very commanding.

These two men are fantastic in understanding each other :: therein turn explaining it all to us:
Listen to Father say, when he walks into any situation and he has these 2 items in his pocket,
not visible to any person
1. The Blessed Eucharist or
2. Holy Water
the possessed person will immediately recognise what they are, and the demon/demons in the person react and become visibly disturbed:
Why do the Demons react, because they hate God so much: they know who God is and they are afraid anything that is of God: eg.. the Holy Water is of God.
Why are they afraid of H/W? it is tap water that has been prayed over with the prayers of the Roman Catholic Church's rite, it's the blessings of prayer prayed over that Water, by the Grace of God performed by the Priest who was
given through God by the Priests Priestly Ordination on the day he became a Priest: that's the gift that God gives to every Priest: when the Priest consecrates the water in Jesus' name: then Christ gives that water power to make that ordinary water Holy Water: Christ does this through the Priest: through the power of the Priesthood on earth:
Since Christ's death on the Cross this power has been handed down by Christ to men who are Priests: In the Roman Catholic Church all Priests represent Christ on earth: Christ was the first Priest:
What l have explained is only one thing: transforming ordinary water into Holy Water that send Demons back to Hell:
As Roman Catholics we use Holy Water for everything: eg everytime you travel in yr vehicle sprinkle yr car with H/W and ask God to protect you from causing an accident to the other person and yourself, you see we in our prayer we protect not only ourselves but all other drivers and we sprinkler water on the road to protect all drivers:

The churches used to baptize their bells with holy water from the river Jordan, to prevent it being struck by lightning. Then Ben Franklin invented the lightning rod.
Baptising a bell is not a thing.
It shows superstitious nonsense though.
