Local elections that will decide who gets to control Istanbul and other key cities are taking place in Turkey on Sunday. The stakes are high as President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that he plans to change the nation's constitution after the vote. "How far will he change the constitution to consolidate his own power, that is what is at stake here," FRANCE 24's Jasper Mortimer said, reporting from Ankara.
