I’m in the very early stages of just researching as much as I can about real estate, before I get everything together and start taking the courses, and these videos help put the reality of real estate out there. There’s not too many people I’ve found that show you all the gritty details of day to day agent work outside of the checks. I’m working on getting my license right now! I was wondering though, do you have a second job or do you get a salary plus commission? I’m just wondering how to balance paying bills while working full time as a new agent. Thank you!
I'm working a a second job and my first closing is today! Very much expect your first closing to be at least 6 months bc it's a ton of work finding clients to trust you and to drive it to closing typically it takes a month from accepting an offer to closing. 100% for the first 1-2 years make sure you have a steady income. Having closing regularly isn't easy as a new agent
Looks like you're really rolling now! I watch your videos as inspiration, but having had my license for almost 3 months now and not having made 1 appointment yet (ugh) I'm actually becoming a little bit depressed by seeing how well you're already doing. I know I shouldn't compare myself to other realtors but I'm just so lost in this industry that I need youtube to see where I should be. What would you say is your #1 way to secure an appointment with someone?
Stay strong! And don’t put all the pressure on yourself make sure your brokerage is helping you along! And if it’s starting to feel stale you can always go to a different brokerage!
With KW, at least where I live, is that they give you a mentor for your first 3 transactions. They can be hands on or let you go on your own a bit more. You have a commission split with your mentor as well for your first 3 transactions.

Hey Julieniz, what system do you use to cold call?
Hey! My office pays for the Vulcan7 leads and I just use my phone to make the calls.
@@JulienizBaez I literally just sent an email to our office to see if they pay for leads. If not I will do so myself. How do you like Vulcan7? Do they already have the phone numbers?
How did you like working for Keller Williams? I’m interviewing with them today.

Great analogy! Climbing toward retirement takes effort, but the financial freedom at the top is worth it.
Great insight! I'd love to meet a financial adviser who can help me climb the financial ladder effectively.
Great point, With my adviser’s help, I’ve climbed the financial ladder, making informed decisions that support my retirement goals.
