The Best Sushi Grade Bluefin Tuna comes with Ikejime

We landed a healthy, round and fatty bluefin tuna that was begged to be enjoyed by the crew. Since it came boatside pretty quick due to over-powered gear for the class of fish, we made the most of its prime meat and treated it with utmost respect using the Ikejime process.
