    In episode two, Ben joins Adam and his long-time swing coach Brad Malone on the driving range as they begin to work on the fundamentals that will lead Adam into full-on Masters 2021 preparation. Brad takes us through what makes Adam’s swing so special, even in the world of professional golf, and what he has to fight against during pressure-filled rounds. Adam and Brad work though several fundamentals of the swing as we get insights seldom heard outside a major tournament.

    I followed Adam around Augusta one year during a practice round and he is a genuinely nice guy. He would talk to us, ask us questions about ourselves and have conversations with us. Every time I see an interview with him I remember that day as if it were yesterday. Super great guy.

      I used to live on the Gold Coast in Australia, which is where Adam is from. I'd often meet people who knew Adam and everyone of them always said what a great person he is. Nobody said anything negative about him. The person you see on this video is the real Adam.

      Appreciate Video! Apologies for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you considered - Paneevelyn Swinging Clubsman (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one of a kind guide for revealing an effortless golf swing technique minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got great results with it.

    The main gap between professional top players and us amateur golfers on the course is they think of their game while WE think of our swing.

    With such a good swing and even temperament you can't help but wonder why he doesn't win many more times. Obviously there are a lot of good players against him, but I think it's almost like he lacks a killer instinct that some of his (less gifted) opponents have. He also makes too many unforced errors when in good position on the course. Luckily his putting has improved a ton.

    • @scramblingtom
      @scramblingtom 9 місяців тому +1

      Streaky putting is what I would imagine the problem was for a while. I completely agree with you though it's truly amazing he hasn't won more with his mental and swing (kinda like Rory IMO)

    • @333pg333
      @333pg333 9 місяців тому

      @@scramblingtom I personally think it's his wedge play where he suffers the most. He can still bomb it out there with the best. His putting is way better than it used to be. Yet he misses greens from ~100yards or lands too far away from the hole to make an easy play at birdie. I think a lot of these guys don't know what they're actually doing plus they stick with their coach for too long under losing condition. Time to move onto someone else perhaps.

    If adam's self esteem- confidence is based on how it looks, how his swing performs no wonder why his game is so inconsistent. Perfectionism is reflection of the limiting belief I am not good enough..only until (x) results happens then ok but until then...In golf this dogma-mentality disconnects you from your flow state, natural feel for what you do...Golf coaches have no clue how this works and when they hear their respective athlete talk they dont hear the limiting beliefs and justifications that go with it. Oh golf is hard - limiting belief...when* there is pressure* that is a condition...all this limits how you access flow states: getting the best out of yourself while performing...But to an un trained ear, brain any golf fanatic just accepts it and normalizes it...

      Actually the "inconsistent" aspect you refer to is because there are so many skills and conditions that come into play. The course, the greens, weather, ball striking, wedges, pitching, chipping, putting.
      Thry are swinging a club 100mph with a tiny club face.
      They are extremely consistent but score doesn't always reflect the flow state.
