Fantastic! I had gotten this working last year, but then some password changes took place at some point and it stopped working on my PC. For the life of me I couldn't get it working again. I just reinstalled and followed this tutorial and I'm back in business again. This actually seemed a lot easier then all the screwing around I was doing before to get it going. Excellent video!
You are a savior - been trying to set up remote access a while and found your video. its downloaded and running well so far and its running on a little tp link extender so i know the app is not likely hogging* much bandwidth. hopefully if/when i change to the 16 channel swann it has a similar web app and mobile. thnx again

I'm on a Mac but I figured that shouldn't make any difference. But, still, no picture. Finally, today, I watched again and there it was: 5:35 DOUBLE CLICK!!!! BOOM! All my cameras showed up within 3 seconds. Thank you. Liked and subscribed.

Every time I open my Lorex Cloud Client, I get the USER ACCOUNT CONTROL BOX, The Yellow and White box asking me if I want to run the LOREX CLOUD CLIENT, I have to say YES or NO, I say YES, and then the CLIENT opens and I have to select my 16 cameras EVERY TIME, is this normal, When I used the FLIR CLOUD CLIENT it went straight to my 16 cameras am I doing something wrong HELP does everyone have to do this.
Phone App works fine but PC app does not work unless I have a fixed IP on the system and setup port forwarding on the router. The Device ID stuff does not seem to work with the cloud software.
Dam well for some reason my status stays on "offline" and won't switch to online.. why is that? My cameras are wired but I have my lorex app on my phone working so I know they are online
try logging off the phone and see what happens - i am eager to know as i just got this set up on pc with slow connection but have not tested it remotely as yet - let me know.
This was Awesome. This finally fixed my issue of viewing my system on PC. Instructions were so clear and detailed. But is there a way to no see the "Detection Zones" on the live view?
I unplugged the unit,waited about 10 seconds and plugged it back in. I logged back in and all was fine. This after spending over an hour with support unsuccessfully.

The power went out in my area a while back and since I cudnt remotely access my live feed from my laptop idk if power change any settings or sumthing but I didn't need to add the device when I installed the program it popped up on its own but since the power went out that time its not automatically detecting the dvr even if I add the device manually like how u did in the video.. Can u assist?
Thanks for watching the video. Check the network settings to see if that changed, if it cannot see the router or a way out of the network then it will not be accessible remotely.
DOES NOT WORK! My device never comes online though I gave it overnight to do so. I've triple-checked the setup & my partner has checked it also. Everything is installed & worked on a previous system.

Is there a way to link a up camera at a different house, through the internet to my nvr?
There is a way but will need more details to know how feasible. Brand, type, is it onvif compatible, do you have access to both routers ?

When I put all the info, it says disconnected (name or password invalid) im confused because it’s my first time connecting these cameras…..

Maybe a firewall issue. Windows Defender may be blocking the connection.
