Phone App works fine but PC app does not work unless I have a fixed IP on the system and setup port forwarding on the router. The Device ID stuff does not seem to work with the cloud software.

This guy is very WRONG. His circuit diagram is very wrong - short circuit across the power supply is VERY, VERY WRONG. I worked out the relay inside is grounded to negative. On the IO board there is a removable jumper next to the relay. Remove that jumper and you have an isolated relay switch that does not switch to ground anymore.

(Like an Envisa Link) but Free, Just Need To Open Port.. Used an App by Robert Chou. I Still Can Use, Paid $6? Years Ago, Can't Find anymore, Glad I Still Have. I Have about 7 Wireless, 8 Hardwired Water Sensors, Waterbugs. Toilets, Sink, Dishwasher, Water Heater, Refrigerator, anything Water, It shuts off 1" Ball Valve in 2 Seconds, I Have All Perimeter Doors Trigger A Relay to Shutoff AC if Perimeter Doors are Open More Than 5 Minutes, Time is Adjustable. AC Shuts Off Till All Secure, Also Have Smokes and Heats to Shut Off AC so it Doesn't Pump Smoke Throughout the House, or Give More Oxygen to the Fire, Love PGM's. Anyway, Very Involved and a Lot Of Programming. Hoping To Upload from 1832, and Download to New 1864 Downloaded Software, Created Account, Global Upload, Select pC Link, Got a Full Green Bar On the Right. NO Green on tbe Progress, zpC Link Showed No Activity. Tek Thinks Cable is Issue, Waiting on 2 RJ 12(6 cond), and Usb to DB 9. Will Try Your Method First, Ran Out of Time This Morning, Wish I saw Once I Saw The Issue On Site. Nearly perfect! Everything you did show was extremely clear and helpful, but right before you went to "live view" it wasn't really clear how you got to the menu - I had to slow down the speed and then I figured out you must have clicked "new" at the very top. So, score 99/100 which is still great!

Worked great for me as well on the 1832 V4.6. Been trying for weeks to log into the panel until I learned from this video to unplug the pclink adapter from the alarm board and plug it back in. Mine would say connected but would time out......Thanks man!
