@@zipstunter tighten the clamps a biy, if it doesnt have cracks in the hoses then that is the only solution. You can also try spraying brake cleaner to the hoses and see if the idle changes by it, if it does, it definetly leaks
found the problem there was a leak on the intake spacer and the reed , i just had a gasket butt now added some hondabond and now its good .. see newer video

Yeah, seems like air leak to carburetor, friend has same problem. We found the leakage around choke...we tapped it around and its idling just fine :) Hope this will help ya
@@zipstunter yes it starts fine your zip now. do you know anything about the Polini evolution ignition the one that can be set in different folders like malossi can .. think it can be set in the folders from 50cc - 94cc big evo ... what I want is a wild pull, I do not need so much top speed, I can easily settle for standard Aerox gearing at 14-43 .. and the only thing I need for my engine is done and ready to set is the ignition, but I can not decide ... but must admit I have started to look a lot at the malossi ignition, and it also sounds like you can take the gas fast with the malossi ignition you have on now, understood in that way your zip sounds like you can go On / off on the gas really fast with malossi ignition and it is super super good I think .. you know the cheap ignitions have a slightly slower way to drop in RPM again .... and it does not seem this malossi ignition as you have on does, it drops in rpm as fast as it rises .... (super super good) he he he
yeah the polini you can adjust but need a computer to change , some pvl have 2 maps with a switch but malossi has lots off possible adjustments and a couple pre programed maps , its also nice and new evolution of the alreadh good malossi ignition ... and yes a ignition helps allot with faster accelaration

did u build it byurself cuz it looks like u dont know much about it.u can hear unstable idle why not use a soap water or brake cleaner and cut the engine before u ll messed up the piston again.its easier to buy a pressure leak kit.

zip stunter I use victor reinz instant gasket its petrol resistant and best stuff I've ever worked with been using it for half a decade
Most likely an air leak. What type of sealant do you use in your motor? It might be coming from the intake sidd as well.

Really an exciting and interesting looking build. Did you say anything about spacers and/or manifold stuffers? Those may give it more poke.
i added a spacer to make the bigger polini pre valve fit

i think its leaking air on the intake , now its sealed with gaskets only , gonna add a bit off sealant and also where the rubber joins te metal
